Tul tilted his head, "You don't have a plan."

I glared at him, "Will you please shut up and let me think?" Come on, 148 IQ, think of something! Oh!

I took my phone and dialled a number. "Abeonim... I need a little help?"

Are you sure about that?

I hate the sassiness that flows in the family. I cleared my throat, "Yes. I was at Seokjin hyung's house and there Mew came with the news that Gulf was kidnapped. And I knew their next target would be Ms Kim. So I transferred her custody to myself and now I don't know where to hide."

"Ah." There was shuffling from the other side and then abeonim spoke again, "I am sending my head guard to you. Where are you?"

I sighed in relief, "I'll send you the address."

Abeonim hummed, "Don't move from there. And make sure to turn the GPS on every phone you guys have. And wait for the guard to come. His name is Ji Changwook."

"Okay." I cut the call. When I looked up, I was startled. "Why are you looking at me like that?"

Tul smiled, "I didn't know you were actually protecting her."

I scoffed, "Of course, I am saving her. I was saying that for the whole time!"

Tul tilted his head, "Why are you saving her?"

I sighed and looked at Ms Kim, "She is my boyfriend's mother. He loves her too much and if something happens to her, I am sure he would blame himself for not saving her again. I don't want him to go through that phase so I am saving her."

"Seokjin is really lucky to have you as his boyfriend." Tul chuckled.

I was shocked. "Wait, you know him?"

Tul nodded, "Let me introduce myself. I am Tul Pakorn. I am Mew's childhood friend. Mew requested me to look over Ms Kim's case if she can wake up from her coma. I know it is an old case and things can be complicated. But I am trying."

I nodded and remained silent. Because I don't know what to say anymore. After about ten minutes of silence, there was a knock on the door. I slowly opened the door to find Changwook-shi standing there in all black, sunglasses and an earpiece. I invited him in.

"Okay," Changwook-shi started speaking. "I have another van, approximately this big," He said, pointing at the ambulance. "We will ditch the ambulance and go to the hideout in that van."

The guards that came with Changwook-shi moved quickly and moved the stretcher to the van. I was really shocked to see how organised they were. When I looked at Changwook-shi, he was just standing there and observing things. Soon the arrangements were over. Tul and I shifted to the van with Changwook-shi. The guards that were with me, were told to go away. One of his guards took the wheels and started driving.

Bang!

What the fuck? I looked behind me. A car was following us and a man was hanging out of the window, shooting at us. "How did they know I am saving hyung's eomma?"

Changwook looked at me, "I think it is because I came to help you. Everyone knows who I am."

I closed my eyes. Shit! This is bad. I flinched when there was another shot. I looked at Changwook, "I have a plan but it is a little risky."

Tul looked at me, "What?"

"We will create a distraction," I said slowly. "Changwook-shi and I will go in another car and slow them down. You reach the hideout first."

Changwook shook his head, "I can't put you in danger."

"Changwook-shi." I don't know where this authority in me came all of a sudden, but I had to do what I had to, "You are working exclusively under me. You can't refuse my orders." I looked at hyung's mother, "I can't let two people close to hyung die." I looked at Changwook again with complete stern expressions, "Tell someone to bring two cars. We will shift into those cars and drive them away from this van." I looked at Tul, "When you reach the hideout, there will be other guards. Tell one of them to send a signal to Changwook-shi and we will come there."

Changwook sighed, "Are you sure about this?"

I nodded. I can never let something happen to Seokjin hyung's mother. He had wasted his entire childhood keeping her safe and now, he can't lose her. In no time, we lost the car following us. The two cars that I ordered were waiting at an intersection. One looked exactly the same as the van. Changwook-shi and I went to the van and other guards followed us and sat in another car. I gave Tul a thumbs up and they left. When we saw the car following us, we moved in the opposite direction from the original van.

Changwook looked at me, "Do you know how to shoot?" I nodded. He gave me a gun and looked deep into my eyes, "One shot."

I smirked, "I'll try."

The shots began to be more continuous. I huffed and it seemed like Changwook-shi was frustrated as well. He tilted his head, "On the count of three."

I nodded.

"One, two, Three..." He opened the back door and we began to shoot together. I shot down two guys who were hanging by the window. My other shots missed badly. I couldn't concentrate well in between all the chasing and saving myself from getting shot. It was really hard to even see because of the night. I don't know how Changwook-shi's every shot was hitting the right place. I flinched when a shot missed me.

Changwook-shi shook his head, "Stay focused, Namjoon-shi!"

I rolled his eyes, "Thank you for the advice but I'm not used to this."

Changwook-shi chuckled, "Just don't die on me. I just got the job. I don't want to be killed by hwe jang-nim just yet."

I rolled my eyes, "I'll try my be-" I flinched as a bullet flew past me. "Mother fucking bitch!" I yelled as I shot at them.

There was a loud thump on the roof of the van. Changwook looked at me, "Cover for me." I nodded. He made his way to the roof and I made sure he didn't get shot.

After a while, there was another loud thud and I looked to my side. A man had suddenly come into the van. I shot at him, but the bullets in my gun were over. "Shit shit shit shit!" I cursed and looked at him horrified. He smirked and tried to shoot as well, but his bullets had ended as well. I quickly pressed the reloader and changed the gun. Before he could ever reach his emo, I shot him right on his head and another on his heart. The blood flew and stained my shirt. Oh, come on. Not my favourite shirt! I shook my head and focused on the men. But the last one left was already shot down. He threw the dead body out of the van and sat down in the van.

There was a thump in the van and I looked up but relaxed when I saw Changwook-shi. "You alright?" He asked and I nodded, closing my eyes. I chuckled internally. There was a time when I made a huge scene after killing a man in hyung's apartment and look at me now. In about half an hour, we reached the hideout. The building was huge! Smaller than hyung's mansion, but it still was big. There was a fingerprint scanner on the main gate. Changwook-shi scanned his fingers and the gates opened automatically. I have been learning so many things these days. Changwook-shi looked at me and put his finger on his lips, "Someone entered before us."

I nodded, "The doctor must have entered."

Changwook-shi shook his head, "No! There are two entries in the scanner. Someone entered after the doctor."

I stiffened and loaded the gun. No one is getting near hyung's eomma. We went in quietly. I saw a group about to take the stairs.

"Stop right there."

I pointed the gun at the group. The guards behind me followed my suite. "Drop the weapons and turn around slowly."

As soon as I said that, the man in the centre threw his gun and turned back. I froze as I saw Seokjin hyung. He scanned me from head to toe like he was judging me. When hyung looked into my eyes, they were filled with anger and betrayal along with other emotions. I didn't understand the emotions in his eyes at first but then it struck me. Just like how Munsu manipulated me, he must have told hyung some garbage things about me.

It broke me to see him like this.
