"unnie i don't think i should be wearing this..." nari tried pulling down the tight, laced bralette top she was wearing, only to nearly join a 'free the nip' protest. "you're legally an adult internationally and nearly in korean age, grow up!" eui complained as she went on to scold the girl for complaining and being too bratty about her lushious life. "unnie i'm just saying, i don't feel safe in this," nari whimpered as she then went on to adjust the mini denim skirt on her. "well it's to late now, shoudn't have taken been missing fittings," eui shrugged off her words and she noted something down on a clipboard. "you also need to be taking a stricter diet, so the camera doesn't pick up on that fat you've gained."
nari looked into the mirror and honestly hated how she looked, because she belived that even if she was just a skeleton, the public and eui would never be happy. the whole of her recordings for this album she restricted eating as much as she could, not having a proper meal for any of the days, and yet she still supposedly gained weight.
nari only nodded in response, "okay, go show the others," eui went to shoo her off, making nari crease her eyebrows together. "you want them to see?" she pointed towards the curtain to her dressing cubby, the only thing seperating her from her fellow members. "yes! has that speech impediment you got got to your brain?" eui insulted with pure disgust, just making nari draw the curtain and step back.
astonishment. shock. surprise was a way to put it. yeonjun, soobin and beomgyu's faces all fell, whilst the other maknaes were just finishing up their last fitting. eui walked out after nari, clipboard in hand, "what do you think?" eui gestured to the youngest as she spoke. "we're looking at the same thing, right? like... a literal baby is wearing close to no clothes?" yeonjun spoke up as he motioned to nari. "what in the world are you wearing?!" taehyun exclaimed as he realised the girl next to him, kai following him out of the boys dressing rooms. "what are you wearing?!" kai repeated as his eyes nearly popped out of their sockets. nari just awkwardly stood there and wrapped her arm around the showing skin between her skirt and top, "well it's too late now, we can't change the outfits, shouldn't have been missing these.." "eunhee noona, please defend us!" beomgyu begged to one of soobin stylists. eunhee only sighed and pushed herself up off of the wall she was resting on, "she's right, it's too late to change it now..." nari just nodded and silently entered her changing cubby again, already rushing to get out of the clothes she was in.

the teaser had dropped, and nari's already controversial (amongst the company) just increased as the girl got critiqued about what she was wearing. others also commented about how much her body and face had changed since their last comeback, face sunken in and bones nearly showing, just hitting the girl close to her heart.
nothing she done was enough, the clothes which she didn't get a choice over was now the thing she was blamed for the most. nari just curled herself into a ball, scrolling through tweets and posts all about her, but no tear dropped for a good 40 minutes, then the first one did, and she just couldn't stop from breaking down. of course she was aware that what she was wearing made her uncomfortable, especially how the only nice comments about her were either backhanded or creepy old men admiring her skinniness.
why was it always her fault? she didn't choose the clothes, the bralette tops, the mini skirts, the minimal coverage, she never wanted this, but fans will never understand that, in their eyes, 5ive will always be the failure of txt, and she couldn't help but blame herself too.

sorry it's short! this was just a way i wanted to show my view on fans blaming idols for some of their outfits which they couldn't chose (mostly ive, like multiple wonyoung and gaeul situations but still many more idols)
