"Kris!" (Y/N) screamed, jumping on the sleeping human. Kris groaned but didn't budge from their spot.

(Y/N) jumped off the bed before opening the curtains making Kris groan loader, "Kris, if you don't wake up, we will be late for school! And Ms. Toriel is gonna be mad."

While Kris was still inching their way to consciousness, (Y/N) explored the room. They couldn't help but marvel at their adopted brother Asriel's side of the room. All colorful and filled with trophy's and stickers all over the wall.

(Y/N) couldn't help but sigh, "I miss Asi so much. Do you remember when we were playing hide and seek and I had gotten lost in the woods in the back of the house. I thought I was gonna be stuck there forever until I hear you and Asi screaming for me. Then I ran towards you guys and we all hugged each other so tight."

(Y/N) turned back to see Kris now fully up and ready, waiting for (Y/N). They pulled there hand out waiting for (Y/N) to grab.

(Y/N) giggled, "Come on! Ms.Toriel is waiting outside." (Y/N) then grabbed Kris's hand before yanking them out of the room and pulling them down the stairs and into the bathroom. Both kids brushed their teeth, one more enthusiastic then the other before getting ready, (Y/N) polished their horn before finishing getting ready and heading out.

There waiting in the red van was the kids adopted mother, Toriel.

"Kris, (Y/N)! There you are! Thanks to (Y/N), we might still be able to make it!"

(Y/N) giggled, "Of course Ms.Toriel. Anything for you!"

Toriel chuckled, "Oh (Y/N), I've told you that you can call me Mother."

(Y/N) chuckled nervously, "Um... hey isn't it a beautiful day! Let's get going!"

(Y/N) then quickly ran and opened the car door before slamming it shut.

It was now just Toriel and Kris outside. Toriel sighed, "I don't know why they are so afraid of calling me mother Kris. I know it must be scary for them. Humans and Monsters once hated each other and now we live in harmony. But there are some of those who would still judge. Especially for someone like (Y/N) who is half monster and half human." The female goat monster sighed once more, "Take care of them for me Kris. Okay?"

Kris nodded before opening the car door and entering it as well as Toriel.

"What we're you talking about Ms. Toriel?" (Y/N) asked.

Toriel Chuckled before moving the car out of the driveway, "Oh nothing. I was just saying how I hope the weather stays this way when Asriel visits next week. But I wonder after the excitement of university. Will he still enjoy coming home to this little town."

Then all three drove off past the neighbors, Catty, Catty's dad and bratty.

Past the shop owners and officer Undyne and it wasn't long before all three arrived at school.

Toriel parked the car before grabbing both kids hands and lead them into the school. Once in the school she have both kids a hug before seeing them off to their classes.

Kris heading towards the left hallway and (Y/N) going further up to a different classroom. (Y/N) was in a lower grade then Kris so they had to learn with the other kids of the same grade but (Y/N) hated this. They hated being away from Kris so any chance they got they would try to sneak in and visit Kris's classroom.
