Honestly, Niall didn't really like giving anyone else any form of responsibility over Harry. He knew Louis liked him a lot, and wanted him safe, but Niall still felt the need to protect Harry. He knows what the green-eyed boy has been through, he knows how to help, and he doesn't want Harry choosing someone else over him..
So when Harry is awake, Niall takes his place in helping Harry get ready, like he always does.
Harry sits on the bed, swinging his feet from the floor, and Niall picks an outfit.
"I like it when you choose my clothes, Ni. You have good taste." Harry rambles as he looks at his bandage.
"I need to change it." he sighs
"Let's do that first then, yeah?" Niall asks
Harry makes grabby hands and lets Niall carry him to the bathroom sink
They wash the wounds gently and wrap them back up then Harry gets dressed into the outfit Niall chose.

"Now let me get you something cute to wow Zayn" Harry got up and opened his closet, trying to find something for Niall.

"Niall's.. protective. I mean, I get it.. but.. yeah" Louis sighed, not wanting to sound jealous or controlling
"He's just taking care of Harry because Harry's...different. He's not what anyone thought he was, ya know?"
"Yes, I know. He's soft and cuddly- not rude or preppy or bitchy" Louis grinned a little
"You're whipped, lad"
"So are you" Louis joked as he punched Zayn in the arm
Then the two boys came in and Louis and Zayn both stopped to stare.
"Haz, you look beautiful" Louis whispered as he stood and stepped towards the boy
Niall walked over to Zayn and pulled him off the couch.
"Harry pick your outfit?" Zayn asked quietly
"Yep.."
"I should thank him.. you look good, Babe"
They kissed softly.
Louis gently kissed Harry's forehead and whispered, "I love you"
Harry turned into a smiling sun and said it back.
"Ready to go, then?" Niall asked from behind the two grinning boys
"Yeah, we're ready" Louis answered as he gently held Harry's hand and laced their fingers
