She was alive again

As soon as everyone entered the great hall which was being set up for the feast, Indra and her men aimed their guns towards the disciples

"stand down" Leoni ordered as everyone filtered in. A few civilians paused their work to bow towards Leoni which the Shepard took note of warily

"where is Gaia" Indra demanded suddenly and Leoni frowned. Indra's eyes were wild as they darted around the hall for her beloved

"she's not here?" Leoni questioned, confirming Indra's thoughts

"WHAT DID YOU DO TO HER!" Indra screamed as she charged at Bellamy

"HEY HEY! Stop!" Leoni swiftly slid herself in front of the boy, with her hands held up in surrender. Indra breathed heavily and glared murderously but listened ti her commander nonetheless. Bellamy looked down at Leoni, surprised she would still save him
"she wasn't there Indra i swear it" the commander said sympathetically

"so what she's just missing?" Indra faltered as she lowered her gun

"we're gonna get-" Bellamy started but Leoni held up a fist to silence him, after everything he still responded to that single fist

"he's gonna help us get Gaia and get the rest of our people back." Leoni diverted her eyes to the floor. She felt she had failed the people who were now stuck somewhere no one knew. Perhaps if she'd kept herself together this wouldn't have happened but at the same time there was a second guilt Leoni felt for handing over the legacy of her ancestors. As if sensing these thoughts, Maddie reached out to squeeze her mother's arm comfortingly

"so you gave him the flame?" Gabriel ventured forward, changing the subject

"let's em...let's clear the room" Leoni waved everyone who wasn't involved out of the room and they left swiftly. Leoni was sensitive to the fact that the flame mean just as much to her as it does to her people. She didn't want to hurt them

"she did" Bill smiled smugly, completely disregarding everyone's feelings

"well em...i-i believe i can restore the damaged code with-with this" Gabriel gestured to some sort of device

"it's used to repair memory drives, bring broken pieces of code back together. just like the flame this was built by-" Shaw started to explain

"becca franco" the Shepard interrupted and Gabriel looked up with a nod. Leoni watched as Gabriel put the flame on the machine and it started to whizz

"if Becca's memories are still in here this will recover them" Gabriel confirmed

"then we can start the last war" the disciple realised. a computer screen lit up and Leoni gripped onto Clarke as they watched the code upload. if Leoni was being honest a sense of relief ran through her when she saw the small treasure light up and she that realised Lexa was still there

"it's working" Shaw narrated and everyone looked on in anticipation but then something changed

"i'm sorry" Gabriel said suddenly and within an instant he'd brought out a gun and shot the flame

"NO" Leoni screamed before spinning around and burying her face into Clarke. how many times was this girl gonna have to watch her sister die

"antitoxin" Gabriel demanded, gun still raised. Jackson handed it over hesitantly and the man inhaled it quickly

"shh you're ok" Clarke cooed into Leoni's ear as she ran her fingers through the girl's hair. Bellamy reached out to comfort her but Leoni shoved herself away from him

"no don't you come near me" she shook her head dramatically

"Leoni" Clarke stepped forward in a calming manner
