The res of the day went by fast till last period. I was going to use the restroom when I heard a loud crash from the men's. I jump and see Al walk out. I run up to him. "What happened? What was that sound?"
"I told you if you missed is again something would happen. This is your doing, Tris." Then he walked away.
I run into the restroom to see Tobias on the ground. I run to him and pull him into my lap. He's fighting to stay awake. I help him up and take him to the nurse. I stay there till he ambulance comes. The nurse tells me I can't come with him because I'm not family. I'm not going to be stopped that easy. I fight the nurse till she lets me come in the ambulance. When we get to the hospital then take Tobias to surgery. I wait in the waiting room thinking. I did this, this is my fault. Tobias is hurt because I couldn't be a perfect girl for Al. I'm done being Al's perfect girl. I'm breaking the strings and chains he put on me. I'll show him he can't control me. He crossed a line when he hurt Tobias. He will pay for this, I make him.
