Every encounter the boy had with the girl, the puzzle pieces just weren't matching up they way they used to-

And that...

was causing him to become anxious.

There was this thick wall of ice between the two them for some reason. A wall that he just wanted to tear down and melt. 

He couldn't take it anymore. If this continued on... his best friend...

Gosh, he didn't even wanna think about that kind of future...

So he had to confront her about it. 

Minhee and Jungkook... were open with each other about everything. They never usually have tension or beef with each other-

So he wasn't afraid to talk to her. 

Currently the female member of the group was in their shared common space area sitting down at the table.

Her laptop was open with some kind of music program on it with her phone next to her and an iced Americano.

Her long faded orange/ blonde hair was down wearing all black. A tank top with a zip up sweater thrown over her shoulders, Nike sweatpants and a pair socks. She was home, so girl was comfy. 

"Minhee-ah-" Jungkook walked into the room although her light brown orbs were glued to her laptop

Jungkook also wore all black, a hoodie and sweat pants. Since it was November, it was getting chilly outside. 

"Mhm?" The girl hummed acknowledging his presence, but didn't tear her eyes away from the screen, too immersed in the song writing process.

"Do you hate me?"

Hearing those four words, made Minhee freeze stopping everything she was doing.

"Jungkook-ah?" She closed her Macbook now capturing his full attention

'Where is this coming from?'

"Why... would you say something like that?"

"Ever since last year things have been different, a-and I don't want things to be different between you and me Minhee-ah-"

Her eyes slightly widened.

"Minhee I can't keep doing this, you have to tell me what I did wrong-" He walked forward towards her

"Jungkook-ah-"

"I know I cut my foot and you're mad at me for it-"

"I-I k-know I say stupid things and it upsets you-"

"But I-I c-can't, I need you back-" He began to spiral; eyes glassy

"Jk-"

"I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE-"

His shout made her body stiffen.

"Jungkookie..." Her eyes softened as she got up from the chair going to him 

"I could never hate you, you know?" She wiped the tears from his eyes letting her hand cup his cheeks as her thumb stoked his jaw line

"Jungkook-"

Well... it might be totally embarrassing for Minhee to reveal her true feelings, but she couldn't continue this straining relationship with him any longer.
