Checking out my new wheels I put down my skateboard and jump on wearing my helmet

Down the street I go

As fast as I go feeling the excitement I don't see myself accidentally bump into someone

Those green eyes looking closely their actual quiet pretty

"Get off me mikaelson"

I'm alert that it's Madelyn I've bumped into

"Like I wanna touch you"

"Then get off me"

Immediately I get up as maddie pulls herself up adjusting her sunshine yellow frock

Taking of my helmet and shin pads I just watch maddie go back inside

Hope is on her computer typing away when she hears someone walk in

"Alright son"

Romeo puts his skateboard aside walking to his mother

"Not really I fell on maddie"

Hope chuckles looking up at her son

"What happened"

"I was just minding my own business skating and I wasn't looking then boom I bumped into her"

"Eventful start to the day huh"

"Yeah"

"Cheer up today your uncle kaleb is picking you up to go to the park you can practice skating there and it's got more space"

"That's cool"

"Yeah so go put your protective gear on he'll be here in an hour"

Excitedly romeo jolts up the stairs with his skateboard in hand

Hope hugs josie from behind as she hears the door shut of kaleb leaving with romeo taking his skateboard

"Hmm got the house to ourselves for a couple of hours"

"It looks like it"

Josie spins around facing hope adjusting her collar

"Actually you've been pretty busy with your dad giving you the business so let me take care of you....

Laying sweet kisses hope groans feeling the brunette soft plump lips

A lot we can do in just a couple of hours"

Making a run for it hope goes after josie tackling her to the ground in a giggling fit they start making out

Romeo's POV

By the sidewalk im walking with uncle kaleb who just finished a call

"So romeo what's up"

"Just practicing skating"

"Cool dude"

What are the odds i see maddie with her dad I don't like him or her for that matter

I try to turn around but my uncle notices

"Are u hiding from that girl do u like her"

"What eww no"

"Then what"

"We don't exactly get on and her parents are bad people that's what momma hope says"

I feel someone behind me looking behind me it's maddie and she looks at me up and down scoffing

"What do u think your the best skater or something"

"I'm just practicing and I'm way better than liam at it"

"Prove it"

Determined I get ready to skate with my board o the ground I look over to maddie and see her looking over waiting for me too begin I shoot a smirk her way

It's going well I haven't stumbled or loosen my grip I'm going at a smooth pace while jumping up showing a few tricks landing safely

I can feel her burning with jealousy at how good I am at skateboarding it looks like I've proved her wrong

I then see maddie try to look away with her cheeks red huh why would her cheeks be red

On my last round my eyes meet with maddie's and for once we look like we're not about to kill each actually it's the opposite it's admi....

Distracted I fall down as I scrape my knee I hiss in pain

Uncle kaleb runs over with some snacks as he calls back home

At home i see my mums come down in worry seeing my cut

"Baby what happened"

"I just fell out my skateboard it's okay I'm fine"

Mummy rushes around getting a first aid kit taking some wipes out

"Come here romeo sit down"

I feel the pain but it's not as bad as it was before

"I'm so sorry we should've of been their"

"No mummy it's not yours or momma's fault it was me I got distracted"

Mum cleans my wounds as she puts a plaster then kisses my knee

"There you go my strong boy"

"Thanks mummy"

Josie picks romeo up placing kisses on his face as hope waves off bye to kaleb

"Is he okay jo"

"Yeah he'll be fine I patched him up"

"Good"

"Mummy can I have some hot chocolate"

"Course you can now why don't you go and wear something comfy and I'll bring it up to you"

"Love u mums"

"Love u son"

Making his way up the stairs as both his mums watch him

"This is the first time my baby got hurt"

"Hey jo relax he needs to learn and he's a mikaelson he's made of strong stuff"

"Yeah but he's still my little boy"

"I know honey now let's make him his hot chocolate and this time we'll cuddle with him"

Brining up the hot chocolate they see him fast asleep in bed so they set the mug on romeo's night stand as the join him cuddling up to their precious son
