Leaning against the doorway hope is watching josie change romeo's clothes

Someone knocking at the door gets her attention

"I'll get it"

Walking to the door she opens it to find

Maya

"Hope you haven't been answer my call I left you 154 messages and you didn't once reply"

"I haven't got time for this maya"

About to shut the door the girl's words stop her

"I think you wanna know that I'm pregnant"

No this can not be happening finally when she's happy with josie and her son this happens

Hope looks at her stomach seeing it's flat

"I'm only a few days I've been throwing up so I went to the doctor and now I'm.....

Hope closes the door grabbing maya as she takes her away from her house

"Keep your voice down I don't want anyone knowing especially josie"

"Hope you've got responsibilities"

"I'm with josie and we have a son and I love her"

"Maybe I'll tell her that you got me knocked up the night of prom"

"Wait...  just meet me later and we'll talk about it this"

Turning around walking away maya smirks at accomplishing her mission to get hope to meet with her

Inside josie sees hope looking tense and goes over giving her a kiss on the cheek

"Hope are u okay"

"Yeah it's just im tired from last night"

"Last night was pretty fun"

"I know"

Hope cups her face laying a kiss

Hearing Romeo cry out hope goes over giving him the teddy she got

He settles down holding the teddy as he smiles at hope

In the afternoon

Lizzie brings her pampering kit as josie lets her in

"Let's have a girls night seeing as hope is out"

"Great but what about Romeo"

"No worries i told Mg to babysit him for a while"

Mg comes in

He gives Lizzie a kiss before hugging josie

"Guys it cool I'm good at taking care of kids like with my nans friends baby"

"Mg remember he likes the carrot flavoured baby food"

"Come on little one time to spend some time with uncle mg"

He goes pushing romeo in the stroller

Laying out some nail varnishes josie picks one as lizzie starts painting her nails

"This colour is really nice trust me it'll look amazing"

"You and Mg are really sweet together"

"I know I've finally found the one jo"

"I'm happy for you two"

"Enough about me I heard you and hope are all happy families with your baby"

"Lizzie I've never felt this happy hope just makes everything better"

"I'm so glad for you both but if she hurts you then I'll kick her ass"

"Don't worry I know you will"

The girls gossip as they do each other's manicures

Maya is pacing around when she sees Hope walk up to her

"I'm glad your here"

"Don't"

The girl gets closer but hope just distances herself stepping back

"Why aren't you being near me I'm having your kid hope"

"Really is it even mine"

"I slept with you didn't I"

Hope closes her eyes feeling the reality of the situation

She sighs

"What do u want from me"

"I want your support and I want.... You"

Stepping forward

Maya fiddles with hope's collar who pushes the girl off her

"What the hell is wrong with you"

"Why do u have to make everything so fucking hard hope with josie you did everything she said"

Hope shouts

"That's because I love her"

This upsets maya but she blocks it out thinking maybe she can get hope to love her now that she's pregnant

"Look hope just calm down.....so do you regret sleeping with me"

Hope puts a hand over her head

"Maya I don't even know what happened that night I was so out of it"

"Well I need you to pull yourself together because I'm pregnant with your kid and it's real hope whether you like it or not"

"I'm sorry but if josie finds out she'll leave me"

"I'm here"

Hope's phone rings

Answering it her father tells her how him and her mum are gonna be in New Orleans for a week

Maya waits as Hope puts away her phone

"Who was that"

"Just my dad"

"Oh"

"Look I can't promise anything but I'll be there if you need anything"

This springs some hope in maya

"Sure"

Hope leaves

Getting an idea maya starts to plan out her next move
