Mg josie lizzie hope jed alyssa kaleb are all sat at a table having lunch in the school canteen
"Yesterday was epic"
"I know right but you know what would be more epic if I hold one of my weekend parties when my parents are out of town"
"Jed really your just gonna throw a party every time your parents go on holiday"
Jed tosses kaleb a chocolate bar

Alyssa rolls her eyes sipping her can of coke
Josie notices mg watching hope feeding lizzie her pasta
She feels bad for her friend josie has known mg was in love with lizzie but didn't say anything because he didn't wanna ruin their friendship and he was scared to lose her
I play around with my food i then look up and see ethan walk up to our table
He gives me a smile and fist bumps with hope as they joke around
"Ethan finally so how was tryouts" asks Alyssa
"Yeah it was great alyssa even though Im the quarterback I still have to put the effort"
"Guys why don't we go to the diner later"
"I can't"
"Why not Josie"
Ethan interrupts
"Me and josie we have a date"
Jed and kaleb start poking at ethan teasingly
"Aww the quaterback finally asked out josie after years of pinning over her"
"So Ethan are you gonna keep staring at or are u gonna kiss her "
"Shut up guys"
Josie blushes with a smile
At the corner of my eyes I see hope staring at me as her playful mood seems no more
"So josie you were with ethan last night"
I turn to see the words come from hope
"Yeah he was sweet to offer me a ride home you know when you left me stranded"
"Whatever"
Jed feels the tension and changes the topic as he and mg start discussing Pokémon cards
"No I have all of them I collected it since I was six"
"Show off"
Lizzie starts kissing Hope's neck as her attention is elsewhere her eyes on ethan and josie who are engaged in a conversation together looking cozy

"Yeah"
"Me and Ethan rescheduled our date so we can all hangout at the diner if you want"
"Your the best"
They all agree to hangout at pop's diner after school
Break time
Sitting on the benches hope and ethan are having a chat hope then punches ethan's shoulder as he challenges her to an arm wrestle
"Knock it off you'll lose"
"Oh come on hope your just worried I'll beat u and your rep for being a bad girl will be damaged"
"Fine but I'm gonna win this"
