Annabeth's Pov
The enemy kept firing fireballs at us , which causing me to have a difficulty in concentration
An empousa charged ar me , but I have no time to dodge as it slashed at my right leg.I tripped and fell.
As I looked up, a fire ball comes down at top speed , aimed right at me.I closed my eyes as it came shooting down at me. At the very last second , somebody pushed me aside.I opened my eyes as mine met sea-green ones.
Percy!
' Percy ' I called out
' Sup Wisdom Brain. ' Percy smiled down at me ' Careful though. '
As Percy was about to get up , suddenly a sword passed through his chest , and a few millimetres away from my chest.
Oh no !
' P..percy ' i called out , totally shocked at what just happened.
He winced as he fell to the ground beside me. As the empousa removes her sword from Percy , she was beaming with pride as she finally killed the hero of Olympus.
With an angry yelled as I ran her through with my dagger.
Then, Ikneeled down beside Percy, he looked deadly pale and was gasping for air. I felt tears coming down my face.
'Percy , stay with me.Camp needs you. Mrs Old Leary need you.I need you.Your hugs and comfort after nightmares.your smiles and smirks that make my day.Please Percy 'I pleaded.
