Context: Luke, (16) has been friends with Camilo since they were kids, is blonde with green eyes, is trans, and is out as gay but Camilo doesnt know he likes him.

(Luke's POV)

I sigh as i walk into casita, today is the day, i tell Camilo how i feel. I've always felt unconfortble in my body and so has Camilo he says he thinks hes not useful if hes not someone else which is sad in context, but I hate my body for a diffrent reason, you see I'm trans, not many people know that excpet my family and

Camilo becaue i transioned at a young age, but because of where we live i cant get top or bottom surgery so i still feel diffrent most of the time. Dolores blushes and runs off, "she's not wrong luke, even with out hearing him say so, the way he looks at you when your not looking is enought to kill a man, that boy stares way to often, my advice just go for it" she says

and walks off. i sigh and stand up, i start to walk out when i here someone yell, i turn around and see Camilo running down the stairs, "oh good you havent left yet, can you come with me to this thing tonight, as friends because other wise my mom is going to ask me to go with some random girl and i just cant do that" he says. i die a little when i hear the words 'as friends' but i smile "yeah sure, what should i wear?" i ask he smiles "oh thank you, and its

formal atire, see you here at six" he a says and hugs me. i tence up but relax very quickly, he backs up and looks at me "thank you, ok see you tonight" he says and runs to tell his mom. i sigh and walk out the door heading home. I arive back at casita at six right on time, dressed in one of my dad's suits, he said it was his nicest one. i knock on the door and see Pepa and Felix standing there, "Camilo, Luke is here!!!" Felix yells, i walk inside and stand next to

them, "so this is a dance, he was invited to by a girl in town. i wouldnt be forceing him to go but he hasnt left the house in days and he needs to get out" Pepa says to me. i nod "I'm sure he will be fine" i say and hear footsteps hit the stairs, i look over and my jaw almost drops, he's wearing a yellow suit that looks amazing, along with his make up he did earlier, i swear my face is beat red. she shrugs "you just havent met the right girl, come on camilo lets dance" she says and drags him on to the dance floor, he kept giving me worried exspressions through out the night everytime i just laughed, i'm sitting at the drink bar and watch as Joy walks over to another guy as Camilo escapes "how was dancing with miss crazy?" i ask he scoffs "ha ha very funny, that girl doesnt know how to dance, i think she broke like three of my toes" he says. i

laugh and take a sip of my drink. a slow song comes on and i spot crazy girl starting to approch us "looks like shes coming for round two" i say he looks over and shakes his head "nope not again, will you come dance with me" Camilo says to me, i choke on my drink "what?" i ask he sighs "will you please dance with me to get joy off my back" Camilo says. i gulp and smile "y-yeah sure" i say. i place my drink down and as soon as i do, Camilo grabs my hand

dragging me on to the dance floor, "place you hands on my waist" he says i nod and do as I'm told, he places his hands on my neck and franticly looks around, meanwhile I'm as red as a tomato, keep it together "oh good she left to bother some other poor dude, thanks Luke" he says and looks at me, i nod and stare at his eyes as they sparkle from the hanging lights, i feel myself relax slightly, we sway with the music "umm.... Luke?" Camilo says i look at him

"y-yes?" i ask slightly cursing myself for studdring, "umm... er.... umm...." he says trying to find words to speak which i find so cute. "f-follow me" i say dragging him off the dance floor out a door and around the side of the building, the street candles lighting the way, once were in a quiet area, i turn towards him, "hi" he says akawrdly i smile "hi" i say back, he findles with his fingers, i tap my foot franticlly "i have something to tell you" we say at the

same time, we laugh "why are we like this?" i ask he shrugs "can i go first?" Camilo asks, i nod "i umm....you are my best friend and I've been having surten feelings for you for awhile now and, well i really like you like not in a friend way" he says blushing, i smile "i like you too" i say. he bites his lip and looks at me, "Oh my your so cute" i say he turns a deeper shade of red and covers his face, I move his hands "you blushing is cute" i say, he smiles adn

grabs the coller of my shirt "just kiss me please" he says i happily listen and kiss his lips, he soon kisses back, i break the kiss and look at him "lets head back to casita" i say he nods and takes my hand, i go to knock on the door, but it opens with Isabel, Dolores, and maribel standing there "finally" Maribel says, we both give dolores a look she shrugs "what i didnt hear anything" she said with a cheeky smile. "bye Camilo" i say and start to head back, but he

grabs my wrist, "bye, love you" he says and kisses me quickly, i hear squeals come from the girls, i roll my eyes and look back at Camilo "love you too" i say and head back to my house where i was greated wit dreams of Camilo all night......
