Kokabiel: boy!

Issei: what do you want?!

Kokabiel: maximize the Emperor of the Dragon's power and give it to someone, I'll wait.

Issei: what?!

Rias: you're going to give us a chance?! You must be joking!

Kokabiel laughed at her statement as if it was funny

Kokabiel: you must be joking! Do you think you can defeat me?

His boasting only made Rias's more angry Hyakume can see it radiating off of her but took Issei's hand

Issei: president...

Rias: we don't have any time. I'll do it.

Issei and Rias walked forward to Kokabiel boosting his gear

Kokabiel: hmm?

Hyakume: master...

Issei boosted just enough to power from his gauntlet and was ready to gift it

Issei: I'm ready, president!

Rias let go of his hand and stepped forward

Issei: boosted gear, gift!

" transfer!"

Rias moaned again receiving a whole load of Issei's power( and yes that was intended).  Kokabiel laughed in excitement

Kokabiel: that's some good magical power! That's the power of an ultimate class devil, Rias Gremory. I see you are as gifted as your brother.

Magic circles appeared on each hand creating large amounts of destructive energy

Rias: begone!

Rias formed a giant blast that struck Kokabiel who seemed to like

Kokabiel: Excellent, sister of satan, sister of Sirzechs!

Rias summoned more of the destructive energy but they did nothing. Rias sent the last of magic on those two attacks and she clasped.

Issei: president!

Issei, Asia, and Hyakume ran to her side but nothing someone fly past them

Rias: Akeno?

Akeno summoned lightning to strike Kokabiel  but he seemed rather interested

Kokabiel: you dare try to stop me, wielder of Barakiel's power?

Akeno: do not...associate me with that name!
