Kageyama POV

I'M FREAKING OUT RIGHT NOW
I and Hinata and the whole team are going to swim at the pool

Well guess what
I CAN'T SWIM

OMG I'M GONNA DIE

"Hey, kags, what's wrong your face is scary?" Hinata said.

"Oh nothing," I said not changing my facial expression.

We are right now in our swimmers walking to the pool area.

I'm wearing some purple trunks cause that's my favourite colour (true).

Hinata is wearing orange trunks to match his hair.

We got to the pool area and walked in to be met with the whole team

"Smells like chlorine"
Hinata said sniffing in the air.

"What's with you and sniffing things," I said.

"SHOUYO"

"NOYA-SAN"

And off Hinata went running to Noya.

I think I'm just going I sit on the side for a bit

I sat down on the shallow sidewall with my feet in the water.

"Hey Kageyama, watcha doing?" He at a said coming to sit next to me.

"Nothing, just paddling," I said. I really didn't want him to invite me into the water.

"Wanna come in the water with me?"

Damn it!

"I'm okay, thanks Hinata," I said avoiding eye contact.

"Why not?" He said in a curious tone

"Won't it obvious, the king can't swim" tsukishima said laughing.

My face was red in embarrassment.

"So?" Hinata said with sass in his voice

Tsukishima didn't have a comeback so he just walked off.

I was still hiding my red face.

"That's ok kages I don't care if you can swim or not. Common just hop in the water and stay at the shollow end with me" Hinata said giving me his stupidly cute smile.

"...fine," I say with hesitation in my voice.

"Yay"

No One's POV

Both the boys were on one side of the shallow end together just kicking their feet in the water.

Hinata then swam to the other side of the pool opposite to kageyama.

"Hey Kage, you know your face is really scary," Hinata said in a teasing tone.

"What," kageyama said in a voice that sent shivers down hianatas spine.

"You are a king"

That sent kageyama off the edge.

"THAT'S IS YOU DUMBASS" He came swimming towards Hinata at lighting speed.

"See," Hinata said holding Kageyama's shoulders "you can swim"

Kageyama eyes widened and looked back to where he just was and turned back to Hinata.

"I didn't really mean any of that you know," he said with a smile.

Kageyama blushed, looked down and mumbled "thanks"

"Are you okay kags, your face is red"
Hinata said while putting his hand on Kageyama's forehead "are you getting sick?"

"I'm fine dumbass"
Kageyama said brushing his hand off.

"Do you wanna go exploring in the town now kags?" Hinata said smiling

"Sure"
