It's now lunchtime so I have to show the new girl around since it's an order from Mr Kim. I'm alright with it though, I mean, she seems nice. I'm sure it's easy to get along with her.
I peeked through the blinds to see her already working. I did hand her a work earlier and it wasn't really complicated. She seems to be fine with it so maybe I should ask about it.
I went out of my office and went up to her
"Sooyoung, is it alright to go now ?" I asked her and she looked up to me
"Oh yes yes sure !" said Sooyoung as she stood up from her desk and puts her monitor on sleep.
I began to show her around the building and after we were done, we went to get some lunch at a restaurant nearby. Well since I'm her boss, I should pay up later
"So, would you maybe tell me about yourself ? If you'd like to" I asked
"Oh, what do you want to know about ?" she asked me
"Well, how did you get into the agency ???" I asked
She immediately frowned when she heard that question
"What do you mean by how ?" she asked as she doesn't look too happy about it
Stupid of course she won't be, she must think I thought she got in because of her father. Stupid move Joshua
"I mean, what made you go here instead of other companies out there ?" I corrected myself
She sighed
"Obviously because I'm the one that have to take over my mom's place when she resigns. If I don't, no one else will" said Sooyoung
She still doesn't seemed too happy saying that
"Well shouldn't you be happy ?? I mean, you know you'd be the head of the company anyways and wouldn't be fired. So why ?" I asked
"Well, it's because how people view me" she replied
