We finally boarded the flight and I was so drained, I couldn't sleep though. I was currently thinking about everyone, if they've made it to Dubai yet. Are they at the hotel or are they still on the flight heading there. The dress fitting and food tasting, the venue, this whole wedding thing is really stressful, gosh.

"You don't wanna take a quick nap?" Kane asked from his seat next to me.

"I'll rest when we get to Dubai, I still can't bring myself to sleep on a plane", I replied.

"Ok, hajiman neomu seuteuleseuleul badji maseyo. Baiolles-i dowadeuligessseubnida", as he said, he gently placed a kiss on my forehead.

A few hours later, we landed in Dubai and lord have mercy the place was boiling. We were rushed into the black SUV's by Kane's guards, and headed straight to the rental penthouse. As we were driving through the city, I couldn't believe my eyes, it was beautiful, I am in Dubai only days away from marrying the man I love the most. My life has been hell but I thank God for giving me Kane, ever since I met him, I've had fun, I've smiled, I've cried after so long, I've learnt how to fight, I've faced my fears and found my true family. I am so grateful for him and everyone else in my life.

We made it to the pent house building and for some reason Kane tightened the security, I really hope the wedding goes well. I don't want anyone ruining it and Kane tightening the security is really making me worry. I already know that Kane and my families enemies are after me, but can't they just wait till after the wedding please. We entered the elevator, heading to the private floor, where the penthouse was located.

"Don't worry, nothing is gonna happen. You're father asked me to tighten the security because he was worried about you, after finding out what happened today. Most of my allies are located here in Dubai, this place is very safe, don't worry", as if he could read my mind, reassuring me that I'm safe, Kane kissed me on the forehead as we exited the elevator.

"Ok, I just don't want any surprises".

We entered the pent house and lord it was amazing. It was exactly my style, charcoal walls with huge windows that gave you a clear view of Dubai. The lounge was spacious and the kitchen was massive, not as big as Kane's, but it was still huge.

"Is it to your liking amore?"

"Most definitely", I responded.

"I'm glad you like it".

"So what's the plan for today?" I asked Kane. I think he knows right? he always keeps tabs on me and what I do, plus this is OUR wedding, not just mine.

"Well, all you have to do right now is rest and get something to eat so you don't collapse. Then we'll talk about the schedule later", how sweet of him, but lets be for real now.

"I admire your concern baby, but there's a lot that has to be done, so I can't afford to be resting".

"Like I said before, you have Violet, trust her she can sort everything out. You need to rest for now".

"Ok, I'll rest but can you go check out the venue?"

"No", he shook his head in disapproval and walked up to me, lifting me in his arms bridal style and placing me on his lap and he sat on the couch.

"I'm staying here with you until tomorrow, this is the only time I'll get to sit here on the couch and enjoy the comfort of my fiancé. I can't enjoy these moments until you walk down the aisle two days from now, so I'm taking advantage of this opportunity and I'm staying here right by your side, making sure you eat and rest", I couldn't even argue with him.

"Fine", I said, giving in to him and enjoying the time I'm currently spending with him. He kissed my forehead and I slowly drifted away into dream land.
