A task

The next day, the Great Hall was completely empty and cleaned up. But the windows were still broken and the lamps as well.

The twins walked up to Dumbledore's office where all his stuff were being since he left his office for the last time.

McGonagall walked into the office. "Potters, in light of what has happened, I'd you should have the need to talk to someone..."

Harry shaked his head and walked towards the door but tapping Bree's arm asking if they could leave.

"You should know, Professor Dumbledore, you both meant a great deal to him"

They looked up to his painting seeing him resting on a chair. Then Harry walked out of the office and Bree walking out seconds after but not before saying to McGonagall.

"Thank you, Professor" she smiled.

Hermione and Harry stood at the railing on the Astronomy Tower looking out and Bree and Ron sitting behind looking out they too.

"Do you think he would've done it? Draco?"

"No. No, he was lowering his wand. In the end it was Snape. It was always Snape. And I did nothing"

Harry gave the locket to Hermione. "It's fake. Open it"

She opened the locket and found a small note inside. " 'To the Dark Lord. I know I will be dead long before you read this but I want you to know that it was I who discovered your secret. I have stolen the real Horcrux and intend to destroy it as soon as I can. I face death in the hope that when you meet your match you will be mortal once more. -R.A.B' "

"Don't know. But whoever they are thy have the real Horcrux. Which means it was all a waste. All it it"

Ron smiled at Harry.

"Ron's okay with it you know. You and Ginny. But if I were you when he's around, I'd keep the snogging to a minimum"

Harry chuckled.

"Me and Bree're not coming back Hermione. We've got to finish whatever Dumbledore started. And I don't know where that'll lead us, but we'll tell you and Ron know where we are when we can"

"I've always admired both of your courage. But sometimes, you can be really thick. You don't really thing you're going to be able to find all those Horcruxes by yourself, do you? You both need us"

They both looked out on the Black Lake and a bit beyond the forest. "I never realized how beautiful this place was"

They looked up and saw Fawkes flying rim the sky around the other side.

They walked over to the other side to look out and Bree and Ron also came over to stand at the railing looking out at Fawkes and the beautiful lake.
