Mason's POV:

Korey was there standing right In front of me,oh how I missed seeing his pale face,his perfect sense of fashion,the smell of his perfume,but most of all I missed him

I was fighting to urge to run up to him and kiss him,I noticed a slight hint of fear in his eyes which made me frown and stayed still in my spot

I didn't say anything and just waited for him to say something,while I was waiting I decided to study his features,because of his pale face,dark circles under his eyes are visible

He looks thinner than usual..I frowned at his state and he cleared his throat which made me look him in his eyes,"what are you?.." he asked

"Werewolf" I mumbled,his eyebrows furrowed and I sighed and sat on the grass,"you gonna come close to be or you're just gonna stand that far away from me?" I asked while picking grass

I heard his footsteps coming near me,he sat down infront of me,but still kept his distance,I sighed and asked "where should I start?" He shrugged his shoulders

"My mom said something about me rejecting you,what does that mean?" He asked and I leaned back on a tree and looked at him,"you're my mate and when you called me a monster and ran away,you basically rejected me and when your mate rejects you,it hurts like hell" I explained

"What's a mate..?"He asked,"something like a Soulmate,you're kinda like the other half of my soul,without you I'm full of pain and suffering..like when i didn't see you for an entire week,my world was colorless without you,my heart was in so much pain" I explained

He looked away from me and I sighed,"how are you so sure I'm your mate?" He mumbled,"my inner wolf immediately know,you smell different from everyone else" I said

"What do you mean?..some people has the same perfume as me y'know" he asked,confusion all over his beautiful face,I chuckled lightly "not the perfume,you smelled something like roses and dandelions" I tried explaining

"Inner wolf...what's that?" He asked while biting his bottom lip,"that's basically your wolf form,a voice in your head that isn't your subconscious,they can even be your best friend" I explained

"So wait,I named my...inner wolf..Kiran" he softly mumbled,I chuckled and said,"once you shift,life wouldn't be so easy anymore" he looked at me confused

"Since you're mostly likely to be Cresent Grey wolf,you're a rare breed,I heard that a Cresent Grey wolves blood,can heal others,give them more power and many more,your blood is really special,it shouldn't be left in evils hands" I warned

"Can you tell me more about mates and rejection?" He mumbled,"it's called a mates bond,it's a bond between you and your mate,at some point you feel the emotions your mate feels" i stated

"Us,wolves worship someone called the Moon Goddess,she made you my mate,no one has ever seen her,well no one that I know and lived to tell the tale,no one knows how she looks" I continued

"If you're a Cresent Grey wolf,you're basically one of her children,you're very special,I heard there used to be many Cresent Grey wolves but warlocks and a few witches and demons started working together and killing out her children" I explained further

She got angry and let the humans kill and destroy the lands,the few remains of her children,she split them up far away from each other so they don't awake demons" I said with a sigh

"Is my mom a wolf?" He asked,his lips trembling a bit,while looking me in my eyes,I sighed and gaved him a nod,his head dropped

My wolf was screaming for me to comfort him but he was probably still scared of me,I used all my strength to hold myself back from touching him
