As Noah saw this is going nowhere he ran away from Michael to lure him into an trap

and as Michael follows him Noah parkoured though the buildings making Michael more angry and frustrated and as Noah jumps down into an narrow area wide enough for 2 persons to fight Michael jumps there and then suddenly Dead hands from the sand rise up and holds his feet tightly making Michael not move

Anubis is the Guardian of the dead and because of this he could also command the dead souls to do his wish

Michael: I see trapping me to this corridor to kill me easily nice move kid but I could control the sand!!!

And so the sand rise up and creates an tornado blocking Noah's vision causing the dead hand to disappear, making Michael Set appear once more revealing an axe and was about to kill Noah, But as Michael makes the sand tornado disappear Noah's Vision returned and blocks the axe using his Khopesh but Michael is slowly getting the upped hand as the axe is almost at Noah's head and was about to be killed

Set is the God of Deserts, storms and Violence and because of this Michael could control the sand and if want to kill the person with all of his strength his body will become stronger and could put the axe on an persons head with that power

Until a sound of someone shooting an gun was heard and Michael got hit in the arm and Noah looks to direction of the source of shooting and saw Columbia holding an rifle and then Noah took the advantage and beheaded Michael killing him 

Noah: Thank you Columbia

Columbia: No problem but what are going to do about the body?

and then Noah makes Anubis appear and then recited an ritual causing Michael's body to sink into the sand until he can't be seen again

Noah: He is now travelling to afterlife

and then Noah climbed at the building to reach Columbia and then both of them left and head to the port where Alice is there to meet them and to head to there final destination but they sleep at the Columbia's ship at the meantime because they got tired of travelling
