LOVE THAT SHALL NEVER BE
She's standing in a crowded room
not bothered in the least
Her eyes are fixed straight ahead
to the perfection that she sees
There standing against the wall
was her crush and broken love
chatting with her friends
not noticing that she's there
she feels like crying and walking up
to talk to her one true love
but with the butterflies in her stomach
her confidence soon where's out
so she turns around
and walks away
back to her one best friend
who looks at her
with sad filled eyes
as she pulls her in for a hug.
she cries into her friends neck
as all her emotions pour out
Because she knows
she will never be loved by her.
