Chapter Eighteen

"Then your right foot twists back and then you do kind of a crescent move with your left." She explained to me as I tried to do that. It was bad the first time, but after trying more, it became more fluid and a smile broke out on my face. I looked over to Lisa,

"Thank you."

"No problem! Do you need help with any other parts?" I shook my head as then the four of us tried the whole choreo from start to finish. There were still some rough patches, but overall it wasn't bad for not practicing it too long. The choreographer dismissed us and I just laid down on the floor and closed my eyes. I heard Jisoo chuckle at me and then Jennie asked Lisa a quick question about one part. I steadied my breathing and I sat up, exhausted from dancing so much. I need to do cardio or something because my god. I mean I do pilates and some boxing, but maybe I should get on a treadmill. On second thought, I'm fine with just being like this after practice.

"Okay, I'm going to head home because I need to let Love out." Lisa announced as she grabbed her things and waved goodbye to us. When the door closed, Jennie spoke up,

"How is she barely breaking a sweat while all of us are dying? This is so fucking unfair." I nodded my head in agreement,

"Tell me about it. But she has been dancing for her whole life, so it makes sense." She just waved me off,

"Whatever," she turned to Jisoo, "you wanna go on a date?"

"Sure." I just stared at them in disbelief. They both looked at me,

"What?" They said in unison,

"I love how you two just decide to go on a date right in front of me." I said sarcastically. I watched as Jisoo smirked,

"We know you're jealous because you can't do this with y/n." I flipped her off and the duo just laughed at me. Soon the three of us also left the building and went home. I watched as the lovebirds went into Jisoo's apartment and I continued down the hall to my own apartment, unlocking it and having Hank run right up to me. I smiled and crouched down to pet him. I heard my name get called out, causing me to look up in confusion,

"Alice?" Ally came around the corner and smiled at me,

"Rosie!" I rushed over to her and gave her a hug as I haven't seen her face to face in a while. I pulled back from the hug,

"What are you doing here?" I asked her as we both made our way to my couch, sitting down with Hankie laying down in between us.

"I just wanted to touch base with you, see what's been going on in your life." She told me as I nodded my head,

"Well we are preparing for another pre-release single, so that's been taking up a lot of time. Hence why I'm sweaty, which I'm shocked you actually gave me a hug," I said with a laugh, "but other than that, nothing really has been going on."

"Still no love life even though your stupid dating ban is up?" Alice asked me as I felt my face heat up a bit, earning a scream of excitement to fall from her mouth, "tell me everything!"

"I mean there isn't much to say because she lives in New York–"

"Thank god it's a girl, you with a man just wouldn't sit right with me." She stated as I just stared at her in disbelief. All she did was shrug her shoulders, "what? Like you would even want to date a man." Alice scoffed as I just stayed silent, giving her the answer to that. A smirk spread across her lips as I just waved her off,

"Whatever, that's not the point. But I met her when I went to NYC to get away a little. She took pictures for me and didn't know me, thank god. I bumped into her and her best friend Somi and we spent a day together. Then when all of us went back for new year's eve, she saw us perform, therefore she found out about me being a member of the biggest girl group in the world. She ran off, feeling a little betrayed, but we went to Central Park together and talked it out. After that, I invited her to meet the girls and we had a great time together."
