it had been hard to live together in jisoo's room for months and being careful not to get caught and only being able to be free when the younger's parents were working, but when he came home with his diploma, his parents were very angry, especially because they had been sent his report card

jeonghan knew that tone and he didn't want to know what was going to happen next so he just tried to remain calm and trust the other had everything under control when he suddenly heard a loud smack and thud as if someone had fallen to the floor

he heard jisoo clear his throat "i don't have to prove anything to you, i'm going to be 18 soon, i can legally leave this house if i want to" he said and stood up from the floor while grabbing his bloody nose

"after everything we've given you, i don't know what we did to deserve such a son like you" his dad said

"i don't know what i did you deserve such parents like you" jisoo said with a glare before jeonghan listened another smack making him flinch

"i'll be gone by morning" jisoo said while panting and then he heard nearby footsteps

"good luck trying to survive without your parents" his mom said

the door was suddenly opened to reveal a bloody jisoo who made a pained expression as soon as the door closed

jeonghan just sat there unsure on what to do at first and then reacted and walked over to him "i'll help you pack, but first, let's clean you up" he whispered

his parents left right after their discussion because they were late for work so jeonghan walked over to the bathroom "well lucky for you, i actually am quite an expert at first aid, i've got experience" he said and chuckled dryly

"well, i have it too, but whatever, i guess you can help me since i'm lazy to do it myself" jisoo said and sat down suddenly feeling really lazy

jeonghan giggled and started grabing some stuff to clean him up when he heard a thud

jisoo was laying on the bed with his eyes rolled to the back of his head and he was pale so he immediately ran to him and grabbed him "jisoo? what the fuck?" he panicked

he tried bringing him back by shaking him and knew it was best not to let him lay down in those types of situations but was really scared "what the fuck, what the fuck, what the fuck" jeonghan said still panicking when suddenly jisoo groaned as a little color returned to his face and closed his eyes "sweet" he whispered

jeonghan wasn't sure what he meant but he ran to the kitchen and grabbed a strawberry milk from the fridge and opened it quickly

he pressed it against jisoo's lips seeing him do his best to swallow and regain back consciousness and strength a little

after a few seconds jisoo just panted and sat up by himself still weakly "okay, let's pack" he said unbotheredly

"what the fuck?" jeonghan asked "you literally almost died" he made an incredulous expression

jisoo rolled his eyes "i just have low blood pressure this is normal" he said as if it was obvious and walked over to his closet to grab his clothes

jeonghan could finally breath again "oh god fuck you, next time i'll just let you fuck off and die then" he said trying to sound annoyed but just being relieved

after he cleaned him up and they had finished packing they were ready to leave "i can't see shit" jisoo said and touched his right eye

"yeah, you have a black eye, looks hot on you though" jeonghan said unbothered

jisoo blinked twice and looked at him incredously "my dad beat the shit out of me and you just told me i look hot?" he asked supressing a smile

jeonghan turned to look at him and supressed his laughter and they looked at each other for a few seconds before the older bursted our laughing and the younger just scoffed lightly and looked away suppressing his laughter

"come on, it was funny" jeonghan giggled

jisoo just rolled his eyes playfully "let's just go" he said still trying not to laugh

the older realized that was the first time he had ever seen him smile because of something he did and nearly laugh so he was in a good mood for some reason he couldn't quite explain "wait we can't just leave"

jisoo went back to his usual self "what do you mean" he asked with slightly furrowed eyebrows and a serious face

"we have to leave these fuckers some real annoying shit to take care of" jeonghan smirked

the other slightly raised an eyebrow and after putting everything edible in the house in a bag, leaving their toothbrushes in the toilet, dirting up all the plates and leaving their room a mess, they finally decided to leave

jisoo looked inside one last time and took a deep breath before closing his eyes and sighing "let's just go" he said seriously

they started walking away and jeonghan hummed "no offense, i mean it was cool seeing you stand up for yourself and all but where the fuck are we going and why did you tell them we were going to leave so soon without a plan?" he asked

the younger sideyed him "i'm not stupid" he said "this was part of my plan all along, well, not getting beat by my dad one last time, but leaving after finishing school, i already paid for an apartment's first month rent" he said

jeonghan raised his eyebrows "you definitely have potential, i forget you're smart sometimes" he said

jisoo rolled his eyes and flinched slightly because it hurt "i actually stole money from them to pay for the first month but i guess we need to get jobs if we want to survive, i've never lived without my parents" he said

"well, my mom abandoned me and my dad's an asshole so i pretty much raised myself but yeah, we must certainly get jobs soon" he said
