You See Through Me

Two Complete Opposites

Sonic: Oh, got it! That was almost the worst disaster imaginable. [Eats the chili dog] Mmm...

Then I walked back to the gang as they were preparing a barbeque outside my shack. I see Yasemin walking around pacing herself

Sonic: Hey Yas, are you ok?

Yasemin: oh yeah i'm fine just waiting on Knuckles

Sonic: he still isn't back?

Yasemin: no he (looks to see Knuckles) isn't....

Then we all see Knuckles appear out of nowhere

Sticks: Yargh! Kill it with fire!

Tails: Calm down, it's just Knuckles.

Sticks: Oh. (Shouting) Kill Knuckles with fire!

Sonic: Cool entrance, Knux.

Amy: You were supposed to get hamburger buns.

Yasemin: (drinks some water) i told you should have went myself

Then I see Knuckles look at Yasemin so weirdly. She looks a bit confused seeing him look at her like that.

Mirror Knuckles: oh Yasemin you and your quick remarks you're always so spot on

Yasemin: uh thanks?

I try to rub it off as it was not really that important well not right now

Sonic: Nice vocab.

Tails: And impressive alliteration. You've been taking night classes?

Then another Knuckles comes with the hamburger buns...wait what?

Knuckles: Hey guys!

Knuckles walks in, carrying a tray full of burger buns. He looks at his doppelganger. The two Knuckles stare at each other.

Knuckles: Who's the beefcake?

(Amy's House)

We were now looking at the two Knuckles. I mean they both look exactly the same. But who is who?

Sticks: They really look alike. We need to figure out how to tell them apart.

Amy: I know. Our Knuckles can wear something to distinguish himself. But which one's our Knuckles?

Knuckles: Well, that depends. What does distinguish mean?

Yasemin: wait a minute i'll go and get something for our Knuckles to wear

Mirror Knuckles: there you go again Yasemin using that great big brain of yours. You always do and that's what i always admired about you

Then i get a tense feeling and hearing him saying "admire" brings in a strong feeling in my fists

Yasemin: Uh sure yeah. I'll be back

Then we wait for her to come back and once she's back she brings in the party hat. She walks up to Knuckles about to put it on but he refuses to wear it.

Knuckles: No way! I'm not wearing that!

Mirror Knuckles: I'd be honored to wear your ridiculous hat my dear. (grabs the hat from Yasemin)

He puts it on and winks at her. She rolls her eyes at the whole charm and i lower my eyes at this phony

Yasemin: he's definitely not our Knuckles as he has more charm

Sonic: yeah, and he sure doesn't talk like him.

Knuckles: Hey! I talked gooder than you.

Tails: (Thinking) There's a perfectly rational explanation for this.
