Narrators POV

In the morning, Lucy wakes up and gets ready to go to the guild, completely forgetting about Lisanna and her conversation about Natsu.

" What a beautiful day!" Lucy stated

~At the Guild house~

" Good Morning everyone!" Lucy yelled

No one replied, All of them was staring at Lucy, but she doesn't know why. She then sees Lisanna crying near the bar.

"Lisanna, what's wrong?" Lucy kindly asked

" Don't play dumb, Lucy!" someone said. She wasn't sure who.

"Yeah! You dare hurt Lisanna!" Someone again yelled

She was shocked! She looks at Lisanna and sees she's full of wounds, presumably caused by a whip or a rope

"GET OUT OF HERE!"

"GET LOST!"

"Don't ever come near her!"

"Weakling!"

"Pick someone lower than you!"

"Bastard!"

People started to throw wine at her, chanted spells on hers and throws carts at her.Some went closed and even punched and kicked her.

Erza and Gray looked at her with disappointment. Levy, Wendy and Juvia was dumbfounded yet angry for the girl they barely even know. Most of the people close to Lucy didn't even know how to react. They were just, angry.

"That's what you get for hurting her!" she didn't look who it was

Lucy then runs out of the guild crying but she was stopped as she noticed that someone was infront of her. Natsu!

"Lucy! Why did you hurt Lisanna? Was it True you hurted her and called her weak?" He asked the blonde maiden

"Wha? I have no idea what's going on!" Lucy replied nerviously

"She said that she came to your apartment to cheer you up, then you yelled at her for being weak and started using your whip on her and bragging about how strong you are!" he said

She looked at Lisanna and saw her staring at her face with an evil grin. Lucy felt a cold wind down her spine.

"But, she did come to my house! But she said you were saying I was weak and you think I'm not worthy of becoming a wizard!" Lucy yelled with sadness

Natsu did not recall a single word he said the day before, And felt angered when he looked at Lisanna for she was hurt after doing nothing wrong and started blaming him for the disaster. He didn't like what he was hearing. Lisanna was suddenly being blamed for everything, when she's the one who was severely injured.

They didn't know. Lisanna was smirking.

"Stop lying Luce, Just tell us the truth and we will forgive you!" He said

"But I didn't!" she yelled at him, with frustration and anger. The environment was getting on Natsu. He started to feel pissed for some reason.

He looked around, finding his friends, nakamas, to deal with Lucy himself. Elfman was comforting his little sister, as he starred at Lucy, wanting to tear her to shreads for hurting her. Mira was crying, not knowing what side to move to. The rest was either angry, or speechless.

He thought. What the fuck?! As he watched an angry mob watched them both. The air was so thick that maybe Wendy was having a hard time breathing.

" You believe me, don't you?" Lucy whispered. Her tears were unstoppable. She looked up, facing the dragon slayer. Her body felt cold as he stared into his eyes.

Those red eyes.

He looked again at Lisanna. His eyes widened.

Her blood was sliding through her knee. He recalled the pain, that day he learned the Lisanna 'died'. He hated seeing his nakamas in pain. He looked at Lucy. Her legs were trembling. Sadness and fear filled her chocolate orbs.

Suddenly, he snapped.

" Fine! You want me to say it? YOUR WEAK! AN ABSOLUTE WEAKLING! YOU RELY ON YOU STUPID SPIRITS AND YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW TO FIGHT IN A HAND IN HAND COMBAT! YOU DON'T EVEN DESERVE TO BE IN THIS GUILD! THE STRONGEST GUILD, CAN'T HAVE SOMEONE WHO CAN'T EVEN FIGHT FOR HERSELF!

YOUR SERIOUSLY WEAK! WHEN I FIRST SAW YOU, I DIDN'T EVEN THINK THAT YOUR A WIZARD! I WOULD GLADLY KICK YOU OUT OF THE TEAM IF YOU EVEN TOUCH LISANNA! YOUR SUCH AN EYESORE AND I WOULD BE HAPPY IF YOU DON'T COME BACK TO THIS GUILD!" Natsu Said with anger

He didn't mean to say it but due to anger and stress, it came out of his mouth! As soon a Natsu realizes what he just said, he felt a sting on the side of his cheek

Slap!

"... And you were my best friend too!" She cried.

Lucy ran towards the entrance and right out the door. People looked more afraid of Natsu than they were with Lucy. He then realizes what just happened and chased after Lucy.

Lucy's POV

I can't believe her! why would she lie about something like that! AND NATSU! has he really thought me as "the weakling of Fairy Tail"?

Was I nothing more than that to him? Was he really my friend?

She enters her room, and the first thing she remembered was the letter. My eyes widen as I quickly grabbed the letter. She checked the date of when it was sent, and realized that she's supposed to meet the stranger on that day

Let's be honest. What's the first thing you do when someone thinks low of you? Prove them wrong!

"Fine, If I'm THAT weak, then I'll have to make myself stronger!" Lucy stated

I then write a letter for the guild and packed my things. I looked at the bridge and saw a mysterious character near it. I then approaches him/her and asks

"are the 'friendly stranger' I'm supposed to meet?" I asked

It was a GIRL about Wendy's age!

"Yes. I'm Rosette Strongheart. Nice to meet you, Lucy Heartfilia!" she replied.
