??? POV

I've been walking for hours! But I still haven't found her. I approached an old lady who was buying vegetables.

"Excuse me, Where can I find Fairy Tail?" I asked. She didn't answer, probably because I'm just a stranger. She suddenly pointed me to go straight ahead. I thanked her before walking again.

I finally arrived at the famous guild called Fairy Tail. The door was wide open. I found chairs flying and mages fighting each other. What in the world happened in there?

I turned around, finding the person I've been looking for these whole 8 years.

" I finally found you, Lucy Heartfilia "

Lucy's POV

Just another day in Fairy Tail.

Me sitting at the bar drinking the usual Strawberry milkshake, Natsu and other fighting, Gray practically naked, Juvia stalking Gray, Cana Drinking, Elfman yelling 'man' and other members chatting. Nothing out of the ordinary

Since I wasn't planning on going on a job today, I decided to go home early. Then I noticed a girl near the entrance of the guild.I tried to look closer, If I can identify her. All I saw was a rose? I decided to tell Mirajane about it.

"Mira. There's someone in the entrance" I said, catching her attention as she wipped the glasses.

"Oh. I guess there is" She said, facing the same direction as me.

"Maybe she wants to join the guild?!" She said, hoping she was right.

"Maybe she's gonna give us a request?" I protested. She nodded, slightly agreeing with me

She then approaches her and asked if she needed any assistance

Being far from the entrance, I couldn't hear their conversation, then I realized Mirajane come back from their conversation

"So, what was she doing here?" I asked

"I actually wasn't sure, as soon as I asked her about it she said she didn't need assistance then left immediately" Mira stated

Pretty odd! but I could care less about it, I mean maybe she just passed by

Realizing that I had absolutely nothing to do, I left the guild and went straight home until I saw Natsu tell Mirajane about a job he was about to go to

" Hey Natsu! Going on a job?" I asked

"Yeah, im just doing a quick job for some extra food money" Natsu replied

"Great! can I come?" I replied excitedly

"Sorry Luce, A job against fire-breathing wizards in a MALE ONLY guild really isn't suited for you. Me and Happy will just go on this one without you" He replied

" umm, Okay I guess..." I answered disappointedly

He and happy left immediately after that. I went back to the bar instead of going home.

" What's the matter, Lucy?" Wendy and Mira asked

"Well, I kinda wanted to make some extra cashed but Natsu said I cant go because I'm a GIRL and maybe because I'm weak?" I replied

"That's not true, Lucy-san! You're strong and good for any job!" Wendy encouraged me

"Thanks Wendy!" I said

"Maybe I should just go home, I should probably continue writing my stories" I said, as I finished my shake. "Sure, Lucy! See you tomorrow!" Mirajane said, as she and Wendy waved goodbye.

[Lucy's Apartment]

Lucy's POV

I noticed that letters I wrote for my Mother was stacked under my bed

Since I still have nothing to do, I decided to read them

I actually haven't realized how long it was since I last wrote one.I guess not much happen, just us fighting dark guilds, people kidnapping me and other major guild fights

I just realized that some problems of the guild could be caused by me! Not really, but am I really huge bother to them. They're always there to protect me, yet I can't do the same to them. Maybe~ I'm not so sure

'You're soft! You're weak! Pathetic!' 

I hear someone say, I looked back, finding no one around my room.

I must be hearing things.

Is it because I'm weak? Do I always let my guard down? Why is Natsu always the one saving me if I can just save myself? Can I even protect myself?

Well instead of thinking so much,  just took a shower, ate and then went straight to bed!
