No One's's P.O.V

"What are you guys doing?"

Sapnap and Karl jumped and looked to the end of the hallway to see someone approaching them.

"Wilbur geez" sapnap sighed

"What? Did my devilish good looks just floor you" wilbur joked

"You wish, no you just startled us" sapnap joked back

"Us?" Wilbur replied as he walked to stand next to sapnap. Karl in his surprise had incidentally jumped right behind sapnap, putting him out of wilburs view, so he was not aware karl was there until he came out from behind sapnap.

"Oh.....Good morning, your majesty" wilbur's attitude dropped as soon as he saw karl

"Good morning! Hey, you've been here for a while right?" karl asked chipper

"Yeah...long before you showed up" wilbur retorted

Sapnap gave wilbur a shocked look, confused by the hostility

"oh...well would you happen to know what's behind this door? We--" karl tried to gloss over the remark, but was interrupted

"Shouldn't you know that? You live here" wilbur said with a passive aggressive tone

"Well this place is pretty huge, so he is not familiar with every inch of the castle, but since you have been here a long time and you pass it everyday we thought you might know" sapnap tried to deescalate the situation and defend karl. Wilbur only rolled his eyes.

"No, I don't. A broom closet maybe? I've never seen anyone go in or come out...never even seen the dam thing open" Wilbur scoffed as he pushed past the pair to the end of the hall. Sapnap glared at him as he walked, upset at the uninformative answer and the rudeness.

"So are you coming or what?" wilbur paused at the top of the spiral staircase at the end of the hall leading down to the forge.

Sapnap looked at wilbur, then back at karl

"It's okay, I'm good from here" karl smiled at him before hugging him tightly. 

"Thank you" he said quietly in sapnap's ear before letting go and walking off in the other direction. Sapnap watched him walk away until karl was completely out of sight.

"Hey: MOVE your molasses, I have stuff to do." wilbur called from behind

"Coming" sapnap replied flatly

Sapnap turned and followed wilbur down the spiral staircase and into the forge. As soon as they were through the door, Sapnap walked over to the work bench and gripped the edges tightly, fighting the overwhelming urge to flip it over completely. 

Sapnap P.O.V

What the hell is wrong with him!?!?!? Why is he acting like this? What did karl ever do to him? He's lucky I didn't waste him on the spot...who does he think he is.

Karl is probably so upset right now, my poor bumble bee doesn't deserve to feel so terribly because of a half assed uneducated remark from someone so below him. He doesn't deserve this
