Taehyung was holding Jisoo’s hands tightly as he waited for her to wake up.
He had to bring her to the hospital because she suddenly fainted earlier after getting that call.
He sighed just imagining how she would feel once she woke up..
Her mother has passed away.. she was hoping she’d see and talk to her mom one day but unfortunately.. it will not happen anymore..
Slowly.. he saw her eyes opening..
Jisoo got up immediately.
“Mom.. I need to see my mom..” she said confusedly. “My mom is waiting for me.. where is-..?”
Taehyung hugged her.
“RM hyung and Jungkook are taking care of the documents.. and Lisa has already called someone to help for her funeral..”
Jisoo shook her head.
She pulled herself away from him.
“No.. my mom came to see me.. she said she’d bring me to our favorite spaghetti restaurant because dad has just come back abroad and-..”
She stopped as she realized it was just a dream.
She just dreamt of her parents..
Her mother.. her father.. they were happy in her dream.. they waved their hands to her happily as if they were going to see each other again..
“You were dreaming Jisoo..” said Taehyung running his fingers through her hair. “It was just a dream..”
Jisoo looked at him and started crying.
Indeed.. it was just a dream.. her parents are gone already.. her dad died a long time ago.. and her mother just left this world this evening..

The funeral was held the day after.
Jisoo felt numb from all the pain.
She thought her mom was showing improvements.. she was getting her hopes up.. but she got it all wrong..
She waited 10 years.. 10 long years.. she tried on every job she could get to be able to pay for the hospital bills.. wishing her mom would wake up one day.. hoping they would be reunited again..
But in the end.. her mom gave up on the fight.. her mom couldn’t make it..
Jisoo was going home with Taehyung that evening.
She feels thankful to him who never left her side for the past two days.. even his friends came to support her.. she is really grateful to all of them..
“Let me accompany you upstairs..” said Taehyung as he held her by her arms.
Jisoo took a deep breath before removing his hand from her.
She faced him.
“Can we.. talk for a moment inside your apartment?” she asked in a shaky voice.
Taehyung’s brows narrowed.
“Let’s talk tomorrow.. you should rest first.. you’re too tired..” he said holding her hands. “Is that okay?”
Jisoo shook her head.
“I need to tell you now..” she said lowering her gaze. “If I don’t say it now.. I don’t think I can say it to you anymore..”
