Wanda sat at the bar quietly sipping on her soda. Tony had thrown yet another, and made all the Avengers attend. Wanda would've rather been anywhere else. She wasn't a fan of Tony's parties. She didn't like to drink and she never knew anyone who came to the parties besides the team.

"Hey, Kid. What's wrong?" Clint asked nudging her lightly.

"I'm bored." Wanda said. "But Tony said I can't leave."

"Since when do you listen to Stark?" Clint chuckled. Wanda shrugged. "Where are you wanting to go?"

"I just wanna leave the compound for a little while." Wanda said. Clint nodded and turned his head back to the party.

"He looks pretty busy to me. Why don't you just slip out real quick?" Clint said. Wanda looked up at him then over to Tony who was crowded by a bunch of guests. "Come on. I'll walk you out."

Wanda stood up from her seat and followed Clint. They walked to the elevator and Clint clicked the down button.

"Be safe, Kid." Clint patted her back as the doors opened.

"Thanks." Wanda sent him a smile before walking into the elevator. They waved to each other as the doors closed. Wanda clicked the first floor button and watched the numbers go down.

When she stepped outside, the cold air hit her face. She pulled her cardigan tighter around her and started walking down the street to head to a park. Wanda liked to go the park at night. It was quiet and she would be able to be alone. Wanda was looking down at her feet while she walked, and then she suddenly felt an impact against her shoulder.

"Shit, I'm so sorry." The person who had run into her said holding Wanda's shoulders to keep her from stumbling even more.

"It's alright." Wanda said looking up. Her jaw almost dropped when she made eye contact with the woman. y/n y/l/n. The actress from the popular 90's sitcom, Brother's and Sister's. She stared at her in awe.

"Are you sure you're alright?" y/n asked chuckling a little at Wanda's surprise. She was used to this reaction by now.

"Yes, sorry." Wanda shook her head as her cheeks turned a little red from embarrassment. "I'm sorry. For bumping into you. I wasn't paying attention."

"It's not your fault. I wasn't looking either." y/n smiled.

Wanda felt herself smiling back almost immediately. She couldn't believe she was standing in front of the girl she used to watch on tv almost every night.

"What's your name?" y/n asked Wanda taking her hands off her shoulders.

"Wanda." She answered.

"I'm-" y/n started, but was cut off by Wanda.

"y/n y/l/n." Wanda said making her laugh. "I'm sorry. I just used to watch you on your show all the time when I was younger. It was my favorite show."

"Well, thank you. I'm glad you enjoyed it." y/n chuckled. "Were you on your way somewhere or?"

"No, I was just wandering." Wanda shrugged a little.

"Mind if I join you?" y/n asked.

"Not at all." Wanda shook her head. She took a deep breath trying to calm down her nerves as they started walking side by side.

"I assume you're not from here by your accent," y/n said. "which I love by the way."

"Thank you." Wanda blushed hard. "I'm from Sokovia, but I moved here a while ago."

"I've always wanted to go to Sokovia." y/n smiled. "What's it like?" She asked.

After walking for almost two hours, Wanda told y/n she had to head back to home. Much to Wanda's surprise, y/n offered to walk her which she couldn't pass up.

"Thank you for walking me back." Wanda said.

"No problem." y/n nodded. "Do you think I'll be able to see you again soon?" y/n titled her head.

"Yes, definitely." Wanda grinned. She cringed on the inside hoping she didn't come off too eager.

Wanda put her number into y/n's phone before they said goodbye. She headed inside with the a big smile. She walked out of the elevator, and was headed to her room until a voice broke her out of her daydream.

"What's got you all happy?" Clint asked from the couch where he sat with Natasha who was smirking at her.

"Nothing." Wanda cleared her throat.

"Oh, come on. Don't lie to us." Natasha teased her. "I don't think I've ever seen you smile that big."

"I don't know what you're talking about." Wanda said hurrying up the stairs as Clint and Natasha called for her to come back, but she just ignored them and continued her way to her room.
