After watching what happened to two people be turned away and chucked into the water off a pond Rias went to her brother who was also one of the teachers of Union academy Sirzechs Gremory. 

Rias: brother is it alright if we can get some sort of credentials for access's to the music studio 

Sirzechs: if I may be so bold as ask why you would want credentials for the studio and for how many people

Rias: well only about three or four people

Sirzechs rose his eyebrow at this in clear confusion about the number. 

Sirzechs: but there is more people in your peerage than that 

Rias: yes but I'm not going with my peerage though I believe that it would be a bad idea especially if who I'm looking for is the there

Sirzechs: alright but I'm not sure it takes quite a bit to get some credentials for that studio now but it's not impossible

Rias: thank you big brother your the best 

Rias then leaves as the room as Sirzechs has a smile on his face before it is replaced with a frown as he tries to get credentials for the studio for four people. Rias meets up with people who want to try and clean Lila's lies although they have only just recently discovered her web.  

Rias: alright everyone since we somehow came to the conclusion that Lila needs to be taken down and that Y/N is the one to start the dominos and if he does come back we treat him better

Everyone on the table agreed some with small internal debate about it others with a fair bit but eventually everyone agreed to it.
