"Karrion.."

"Get out!" The man gathered himself and left the room. I dropped the gun and sat down close to Karrion.

"Your brother's really something."

"You have no idea. But I'm proud of you."

"Why?"

"I thought I had to defend you, but it turns out, you don't need my help at all." Men like Karrion feel the need to feel wanted. And while I can handle myself, I need him to know that I'll always need him.

"Hey." He turned to me and I put a palm on his face. "I don't care about what I can do or can't do. I will always need you." He smiled and pulled me in for a kiss.

"That's sweet. But, when it comes to my brother, you should probably let me do all the talking." He said as he pulled away.

"Why? Did I hurt his feelings?"

"He's a cold hearted son of a b***h, so probably not. But you did catch his attention fiore, and that's the last thing I wanted."

"Well, aren't I lucky that I'm with the more handsome, richer and most dangerous brother?" He let out a small laugh.

"Yeah. Look, my...brother, has killed the energy here. I don't want to be here anymore."

"What did you have in mind?"

"A lot." He gave a devilish grin and I playfully slapped his arm when I realised where he was going with this. "But, whenever I'm stressed, I like to go shooting."

"To a shooting range with a paper target or human? Cause you're a bit crazy."

"Let's go and find out." I got up and tried pulling him up but he ended up pulling me down to his legs. "For someone who's supposed to be so dangerous, you're pretty light. Weightless even."

"And yet your name is on my 'mission complete' list."

"What was your mission with me by the way?" I smiled as I leaned into him and gave him a kiss.

"You know that I can't talk about that." Every mission I have done is secret. Talking about it is actually against the rules of The Organisation. I could be arrested.

"You know he can't hurt you right?" How did he..?

"I never said anything about Leo hurting me." I said as I got up from his legs. He sat back and calmly eyed me.

"You didn't have to." After that, we left the club. But we didn't go to the shooting range. Instead, he took me to a desolate park. It was dark and cold and empty. We walked to the middle of the grass and we sat there. He carried two glasses and a bottle of Scotch which he poured rather generously. He handed me my glass and I took it.

"Can I ask you a question?" I said pulling him out of his thoughts.

"Anything. "

"I don't know what this is or what we are doing. But over the past few weeks, I've seen you change. You're happier, less grumpy and you're living a little. Which is more than I can say for the first few days of being here."

"That's not a question fiore." He said smiling.

"If I leave, will you be alright?" I know Leo, if I meet with him tomorrow, he'll never let me out of his sight. And maybe Karrion and I are just living in the moment but I need to know that he'll be ok.

"Did I hurt you fiore?" He asked softly but I could hear the hurt in his voice.

"Absolutely not. Why would you think that?"
