"Hi euhm, I don't want to be rude but are you the new girl?" A girl with red hair and green eyes with freckles my age asked.
"Euhm yeah, I guess I am." I said, nervously fidgeting with my rings.
"Okay, well my name is Thea and these are Elliot, Savannah, Allesia and Felix.-" She said pointing at each person.

"Yeah sure, I'm Valentina." I said giving her a small smile.
She returned the smile before saying, "That's a pretty name."

We were now in biology class, and by 'we' I mean Allesia and I.
Turns out that we follow the same course in school, so we have all our classes the same.
Allesia and I are sitting together while listening to the teacher.
At the start Allesia was quiet, but now that we are getting to know each other more, we are both getting more talkative with each other than we were at first.
The bell went, so we all started packing our stuff while the teacher announced us to make exercises 10-15 from chapter 12 at home.
Allesia and I made our way to history class which was in the other building so we hurried to building B, classroom 103.
"Do you have any siblings?" Allesia asked while walking.
"Yeah I do actually and you?"
"Yeah a little brother."

"Well lucky you, because my little brother can be hell sometimes." She laughed making me laugh.
Soon we arrived in our classroom where we found Felix.
He is following another cours, but he has some lessons with us.
We all sat down together while the teacher started to prepare his lesson, by writing some stuff on the board.

It was now lunch time , so Felix, Allesia and I made our way to the cafeteria where we met Elliot, Savannah and Valeria.
We all sat down on the table and started talking to each other.
"So when did you move here?" Elliot asked.
"Euhm about a month or two ago, but there was some stuff that happened so that's why I didn't come any sooner."
Then suddenly the whole cafeteria went quiet.
I turned to see where the others were looking at.
Matteo.
Matteo walked up to a big lunch table in the middle of the room before he sat down.
"Guys, I need to go. I'll see you guys later?"
Agreements were heard and before the questions came I walked up too Matteo's table.
My...friends, still feels weird to say that, but anyway my friends saw me walking up to him and tried to stop me from going.
"I'm just going to check up on him, I'll be fine trust me."
After some more convincing they hesitantly agreed.
I walked further to Matteo's table, while all the eyes from in the cafeteria were on me.
When I arrived at Matteo's table, I sat down next to him.
Shocked gasps came from in the cafeteria which I just ignored.
"Hey, teo" I smiled.
"Val" He beamed, hugging me.
"Sorry I was acting weird this morning" I apologised.
"It's okay, you were just nervous" He said smiling, breaking the hug.
"So how has your day been so far?" I asked changing the topic.
"Really fun, we're learning to spell our names" He smiled.
"Wow bud, I didn't know you could do that."
He just smiled, "Don't tell anyone Val but,....I'm actually smarter than all my brothers." He whispered before the cafeteria doors bursted open, where Matteo's reaction was to roll his eyes at while muttering under his breath "what an idiots"
