"Fuck sake." Angelika said, pulling her clothes out of the washing machine.

"Haven't they been in for two hours?" Aries asked, grabbing jam from the top cupboard.

"I told you we need a new machine, I've been trying to get Mike to buy a new one but he's in Tibet now. Our landlord is amazing." Simon said, stealing the toast Aries just made herself, she sighed grabbing more bread.

"Ugh, we'll just get a new one." Angelika said, she opened the jar and pulled a few notes out. "£150 should cover it right?"

"Should do, you have fun picking washing machines, I am going out, see ya." Simon said, stealing yet another slice of toast from Aries' plate.

"Simon, stop taking my food."

"I bought the bread." he called out as he left.

"Stingy bastard." she muttered putting more bread into the toaster.

Angelika sighed. "Um, I'm gonna need help bringing the machine back... do you mind?"

"Oh yeah." Aries nodded, "Let me just get ready quick."

An hour later the two were in Currys scanning through the selection of washing machines, Aries assumed Angelika had called Viktoria before they had left because she had turned up acting surprised.

"Fancy seeing you guys here!" she said brightly, "Of all places."

Angelika rolled her eyes at her sister's enthusiastic behaviour and walked down an aisle.

"Well she's doing amazing as always." Viktoria whispered.

Aries nodded as the two followed behind Angelika.

"Ooh, this one is nice, it also dries clothes." Viktoria said, looking at the first machine. "And it's got an ironing function."

"It's also £220, we're getting the cheapest." Angelika said, "See this one is £110, we can get this one."

"You're the boss," Viktoria said, "Me and Aries are gonna go look at... microwaves while you pay for it." She took Aries' arm and dragged her away to another aisle.

"Why are we going to look at microwaves?" Aries asked.

"We're not."

Aries furrowed her brows. "Then what are we doing?"

"I don't know, Angelika's moodiness is annoying me." Viktoria said. "Also I do actually need to look at kettles- what is going on outside?"

A bunch of screaming could be heard from the high street.

"Probably the kids, summer holidays isn't it?"

"Yeah but it sounds bad." Viktoria said, worriedly.

"Sure it's nothing."
