~ third person POV ~

Lights, flashing lights. A woman. A lab. Somewhere.

"Who put us here?'
Thomas's voice rang out.

"That we don't know"
Alby spoke.

"The maze flashed on a screen. Scientists sitting behind them. Controlling it.

"Teresa"
Alex said.

"Why are we doing this?'
Thomas asked.

"Excellent Thomas."

A woman spoke as she saw Thomas playing with someone's mind.

"Come with me, Alex. You too Thomas."
She said to the siblings.

As the women led them to a lab, they stripped and laid on a table.

"W.C.K.D is not good"
Teresa spoke.

"Thomas. Alex. W.C.K.D is good."
The women reassured the two.

"How could this be our fault?"
Alex's voice rang out.

"It's all your fault!"
Ben screamed. When he attacked Thomas in the woods.

Minho. He was stuck in a tube. Full of water. He was drowning! Then Gally. Then Alby. and Noah, and Newt. all of them. All of their friends. They were trying to get out.

"I can't keep watching them die."
Alex told Thomas and Teresa.

Alex. She was stuck in a tube. The water started to fill up. She started banging on the glass, begging Thomas to let her out. He went to smash the tube open with a chair, but three guards came and took him away.

Alex watched her brother get dragged away. She wanted to make sure her brother was safe but she started to lose consciousness. Then everything turned black. She was gone.

~ back in the glade ~

~ present time ~

~ third person POV ~

Everything started to fade back into reality. They opened their eyes. It was so bright.

"Hey."
Gally said as Alex woke up.

She sat up and looked at her brother to see him waking up.

"Are you ok?"
Gally asked them.

"I don't know.."
"I don't know."
They both said.

"What the hell were you thinking?"
Chuck spoke from above them.

"Language."
Alex told him with a smirk. He returned. Almost surprised she could joke around even after everything that happened.

As Thomas looked up he saw Minho, Newt, and Chuck above them. They were in the pit. They. Gally, Teresa, Thomas, and Alex.

"What happened?"
Thomas asked.

"Noah's taken control."
Newt spoke up.

"He said we have a choice. Either join him or get banished at sundown with you."
Gally continued.

"And the other agreed to that?"
Thomas asked.

"He has everyone convinced that you two are the reason this is all happening."
Teresa told them.

"Well he's been right so far.'
Alex spoke up.

Everyone looked at her.

"What?"
Gally asked, confused.
