When George was writing this he was thinking of Clay the whole time of course. Clay told him he wanted to see an actual list of all of George's criteria to finding the perfect boyfriend since George was always single. He was too picky.
George decided to write this list and give it to Clay with the hope that he would realize that the reason George never had a boyfriend was because he was hopelessly in love with his best friend.
