THE OPPOSITES (DRACO X Y/N)

Summer!

The next morning at breakfast, Y/n and Draco enter the Great hall together.

"Take a look at my girlfriend,                                                                                                                                              She's the only one I got!" Draco says, leading you to the slytherin table.

He does the same thing at the Gryffindor table.

Y/n feels blood rush to her cheeks.

"Malfoy, I'm going to kill you!" You say with gritted teeth.

"I'd like to see you try." smirks Draco.

Cormac: "Oh please, there is no way she is your Girlfriend."

Draco: "Oh yeah? Watch this."

Draco grabs your hips and bashes his lips against yours.

Draco: "See ya later babygirl."

Y/n sits at the table, flushing furiously.

Seamus: "I always knew it!"

Romilda: "I shipped from the start!"

Parvati, Ginny, Hermione: "Me too!"

Y/n smiles. Harry and Ron laugh their heads off.

Harry: "I, of all people, never thought my crackhead sister would date Malfoy!"

Cormac angrily storms off.

Harry: "What's up with him?"

Ginny: "Probably having a rough time with his period."

Everyone laughs.

TIME CUT

Harry: "Y/n, our plan.. to get the truth out of Draco.."

Y/n: "Yes, come along. Hide in here. Only show up when I signal you to."

Harry nods.

Y/n: "Dray, I made you some fruit punch!"

Draco: "Ooh, Thanks!"

Draco takes the bottle from Y/n and drinks it all up. (if you haven't guessed it yet, they have mixed truth serum with the fruit punch.)

Y/n signals Harry.

Harry: "Malfoy, do you really love Y/n?"

Draco: "I thought it was obvious by now, you arse."

Harry: "Just answer the question."

Draco: "Yes, I really love her, never met anyone like her, she's smart, funny, fun to be around and gorgeous. I mean, who wouldn't like her?"

Harry: "Alright then Y/n. Sorry for doubting you Malfoy."

Harry leaves.

Y/n: "Dray, I'm very sorry, but it's just that Harry had his doubts. I didn't want to Veritaserum you!"

Draco: "Don't mind it. That fruit punch was good though."

You and Draco smile and leave for your classes.

You and Draco spend your last two weeks of fourth year together, majorly studying, thanks to end of year exams, but you visit Hogsmeade once for your first proper date.

Y/n: "This is kinda funny, considering we both have had butterbeer together all the time while chatting, here in three broomsticks."

Draco: "Ehh, dates are clearly not much different than us two hanging out at Hogsmeade."

At the end of the exams-

Y/n: "Guess what? I've got a 100% on all the subjects, but 97% in divination!"

Draco: "Congratulations, but let's not talk about my grades."

You both laugh.

Draco: "Y/n. Want to come over? For the summer?"

Y/n: "While I would love to, your family wouldn't be too happy."

Draco: "Uhm yeah, but I will write to you. I'm gonna miss you."

Y/n: "I'll write too!"

a pause

Y/n: "You once said you treasured the time you didn't spend with me."

Draco: "I mean, yeah, what about it?"

Y/n (sarcastically): "You can have some of that treasured time this summer."

Draco (teasingly): "Hmm. Maybe I will."

Y/n: "Oh, I hate you!" 

Draco(smirking): "Oh yeah?"

Draco pushes Y/n to the wall and kisses her. Y/n kisses back passionately.

Draco: "The kiss didn't feel full of hatred to me!"

Y/n hugs him. Draco touches her hair and smiles down at her.

Y/n: "That was it. An entire year at Hogwarts."

Draco: "Oh yeah, quite a rollercoaster of an year."

Y/n: "I hate to say this, but it is time for goodbyes."

Draco: "Goodbye Y/n!"

Y/n: "Goodbye Dray!"

Y/n runs to find Harry, Ron and Hermione talking.

Hermione: "You will write, won't you?"

Ron: "I won't."

Hermione: "There you are Y/n! Where've you been?"

Ron: "She's been snogging the ferret!"

Y/n: "Shut up! I said shut up, you little insect!"

You make the most out of the train journey. The weasley twins have you wheezing.

But there you are, on kings cross. And you are to stay with Dursleys for a summer.
