"(Army Corp General sir.)" one of the Generals said. "(We just recevied lots of info on the island of Crotoonia. It's turns out the the island lacks a military force and their police force are just......)"

"(Hurry Up There. I Have No Patience!)" General Colombo shouted.

The General was a bit nervous since he didn't want to suffer his commander officer's wrath. He pressed on what he was about to say, "(The locals appeared to not know about warfare as there's no military located. Their police force are easily a joke)."

"(Is that true?)"

The General nodded showing that he was telling the truth.

"(This is going to be much easy. Much easier than Abyssinia)" he said.

"(But isn't that Ethiopia?)" one of his staff asked.

"(Shut Up The F&$* There!!! Only I Can Boast About Our Glory Unless With My Permission)." General Colombo shouted in rage.

Everyone in the room stood silence. Not a single soul dared make a sound in front of the mighty General Colombo.

"(Much Better.)" He said. "(So what's our best course of action then?)"

"(Consisting that Crotoonia is peaceful and with no standing military.....)" one of his generals said, "(Perhaps we should just sent a diplomat to convince them to either...b-become a colony of ours o-o-or join the Romantian Empire)."

An idea that fits well for a peaceful one only for the General's answer to be replied back with a shot to his leg. He screamed out in pain as he could feel the burning metal lunged into his leg as blood filled up his hands and the floor.

General Colombo blew the smoke out of his personnal revolver. "(I don't take kindly to peaceful solutions. That's only what a cowardly pacfists would do)." as he walked up to the general who's leg was bleeding. The others cowarded into their seats whereas the guards stood there either emotionless or shock what was happening.
"(You're lucky that I don't kill my staffs for suggusting peaceful solutions but if anyone dares to attempt a peaceful solution behing my back......)" as he points his revolver to his staff, "(You know what happens)."

All nodded to the mighty General Colombo in fear while a pair of medics tend to the wounded General's leg.

"(Good. Prepare to use the Paratroopers. We are going to show those natives the cost of not having a military)." he grinned with a simle.

A normal day on the Island of Crotoonia. Everyone were on their daily rountines such as Gordon pulling the Express or Pete taking the mail train.

Meanwhile for the True Blue Steam Team: Thomas, Casey Jr, Tracy, and Tillie were just chilling in the junctions as they refilled their water tanks.

The four friends were having a conversation as they waited for their water tanks to filled up.

"So you're saying we're all picked to deliver something special?" Tracy asked.

"From our managers, yes." Casey Jr said.

"Why couldn't they just have someone else...." Tillie paused, "Well I don't know how to describe it."

"Maybe because we're a very useful team." Thomas wisely said. "We been doing a lot of hardwork."
