I went up into the booth that the old man was in to tell him if I could dropout of the tournament battles because I wasn't ok with my so called win. I won against gem but what did I do to her to Secure my victory?!? "Mr old man?" "Yes pearl? And please call me generikb!" "Do you think that I could drop out of the tournament?" "Why is that pearl? Is it because of your battle with gemmi?" "Yes" "ok if it is your wish but come look here." I walked over to generikb to see that he had a book with my classmates names on it "you see the tournament isn't to have fun in a way I need to know what powers I'm dealing with so that I can deal with them when the time comes."

Grian, power: explosions and whatever he touches turns into a ticking bomb only if he wants to make it explode so if he touches anyone he won't make them explode unless he wanted to. extra power: has wings like parrots

That was all mr generikb had for now and I was interested in the powers of my fellow classmates, perhaps maybe mr generikb would let me back in the tournament because I wanted to get to know them better both in school and in combat "mr generikb?" "Mhm?" "May I go back into the tournament?" "What changed your mind miss moon?" "Well I am very interested in my fellow classmates powers and I also want to get to know them better both in school and in combat." Mr generikb smiled "of course miss moon!"

Grian's pov (right before pearl and gem fought)
"Well well well! Mumbo I guess it you vrs me!" "Crap why you out of all people?" "Oh you chicken?" "no it's just that I really want to kick your a—" 'miss pearl please come to the arena!' "Hey isn't that the girl that lives across from our room?" "Yea why?" "Come let's watch!" I grabbed Mumbo hand and dragged him to the sidelines as fast as possible I really wanted to see our new friend fight! We sat next to a guy in a dark red suit with a very large hat. As pearl fought against the girl with orange hair that was on the same team as I the guy next to us was cheering for pearl he must be on the same team as pearl and Mumbo. "Who do you think is winning?" I whispered to mumbo "at the moment it looks like the girl with orange hair is winning see? She raped her plants around pearls arm." But just as he said that pearl flung the girl so high in the sky with her plant that she and the plant went pass the lower clouds then pearl leaped off of the ground after her and vanished "you were saying mumbo?" All three of us got off our bench and looked up waiting.... then there was a flash of blue light then both girls emerged from the clouds both of them looked unconscious and the orange haired girl's plant was burned to crisp "come on pearl wake up!" The guy next to us said worried for his friend "should I fly up there and catch them both?" I said worried and with my wings at the ready to fly up and catch them "No look!" Mumbo Said. I looked to see pearl she woke up and caught the other girl and used her power to get them safety to the ground. The guy next to us and a bunch of people ran up to both pearl and the girl I could hear there shouts from here "woohoo go pearl!" "So pearl won after all mumbo!" "Mhmm She did indeed!" I knew if both me and pearl made it to the final round then it would be a very epic battle but I obviously knew that I would totally win "well mumbo our match is coming up I might as well stretch and get ready for our battle!" "Very well grian May the best man win!" With that me and mumbo separated.

Scar's pov
As I was returning from a hard battle with bedubs I saw pearl coming down from the old mans booth "oh hey pearl!" "Hi scar!"  " pearl you were amazing!" "Aww thanks scar you were too and your power is awesome!" "Where you headed Don't you have another match?" "Yes I do but I wanted to check on Gem and see if she was alright." "Cool let me go with you I wanted to tell Gem she did amazing!" As me and pearl walked to the recovery room located on the other side of the stadium we bumped into one of our teammates  "hi mumbo shouldn't you be getting ready for your battle with grian?" Apparently pearl new this mustache fellow "yes but I'm a little worried you see grian sometimes gets carried away with stuff and fighting him isn't going to be a piece of cake!" "Well both of us will be cheering for you right scar!" "Yea right! Your our teammate and our friend!" Manly pearls friend but I said that to give some encouragement to mr mustache mumbo "thanks you guys well I better get along see you two around!" "Bye mumbo!" "Bye!" Me and Pearl quickly raced to the recovery room to check on Gem. The doctor  said that she needed rest but we were welcome to talk to her "oh Gem I'm so sorry I didn't mean to hurt you!" "It's ok pearl our battle was fun and I'm glad that we faced off against each other!" We hugged Gem to make her wounds feel a little bit better "now you two show the other team who's boss!" With that we left Gem to rest and head back to the stadium in which our friendly mustache friend was facing against a powerful friend and opponent
