Beauty ripping to the shore
Homes aligned above it
Protected with no storm
People's pictures
Capturing waves tall
Captioned with scriptures
His hands protecting all
10 years her atonement alas
House on rock- we won't fall
Some preparing boarding pass
Escaping nature's call
Tides soothed after storm break
Peaking out boarded windows
Nature finished with her take
Son emerging behind her shadows
Picking up coffee cups and board game
Connecting despite sorrows
Each on it's own- new day
Finding joy- acceptance- the way narrow
At the end- bright sun rays
