It was the wind that blew through my distracted eyes. I blinked. Thus I needed to remind myself not to fret. I needed to remind myself to calm down.

I fixed the strands of my hair that still blocking my gloomy eyes. I was just tired kaya sa tingin ko ay pangit ang tingin ko sa kanya. The pair of Valentino shoes he was wearing was glittering against the light coming from the street. Those were new, I thought.

From his shoes up to the pair of his glistening amber eyes. Nagmamalik-mata lang yata ako kanina. I thought he's mad at me.

One last glance, he surrendered himself... out of my sight. He walked and got back in his car. Leaving me hanging right where I was. I thought he would talk to me. I thought he would raise his voice on me.

I glanced down on my phone, it's late.

I went in after I gave my fare. I said thanks afterwards.

The moment my feet touched the cold wooden floor, a loud knock whapped on my door. It wasn't my landlady because Maple already paid my dorm's. And she wasn't the type of woman that would knock like that. Wala din si Saoirse Deborah. She's hundred miles away from our dorm.

Ganun katagal basta nasa rice cooker. The knock on my door was still whapping. Napailing ako, the person who's behind of it was impatient. I stomped my feet towards the door. I didn't bother to slip my slippers because it will take time to find those.

"Coming." I lazily replied even though she didn't hear me.

I unclosed my door. Same posture and same eyes glaring at me. Manchester was right in front of me. Napaatras ako. His presence frightened me not. It's just that, he was so tall. The last we had met nasa balikat niya ako. But now, did he just grew taller or did I grew smaller?

I brushed that thoughts away. It was nonsense after all.

"Manchester." I muttered my breathe away.

"Montserra." He wasn't that sweet Manchester anymore. I guessed that Manchester was taken away.

Perhaps he worked out a lot.

"Did Maple ask you to come here? He's not answering my phone calls too." Wala akong mahanap na sasabihin sa kanya.

He glared on me even more. I only mentioned his brother's name.

"Stop. You're making me mad again." He whispered but I thought he's just depriving himself not to hurt me.

He pushed me inside and he let himself in.

"You should not be in here. Paano kapag may makakita sayo. You're a new comer here. Walang may nakakakilala sayo."

"And you think they will act like nothing when my brother is here with you? I don't really think so Montserra." He snapped.
