Lei’s POV
Candy wakes us up in the morning with some tea, she smiles mischievously and winks before leaving us alone. Chris’s head is huddled in my shoulder and he mumbles lightly before turning over weakly and grabbing a cup.
“Shouldn’t you be in more pain than me?”
“I am… I’m just better at hiding it,” I frown slightly and take a sip of boiling hot tea.
“This is great, I love you Lei,” he hugs me sideways lightly.
“I love you too Chris, but this tea is scolding and far from perfect.”
“Some like it hot Lei Lei,” he winks at me and I blush as he kisses my cheek.
Chris’s POV
We hold each other all morning and we admittedly had a little more “fun” before we finally got out of bed. I hold Lei’s hand and his palm burns lightly against mine. I’m so glad a meet this beautiful boy in the flower crown.
