Jake's POV

Sunghoon: "hey y/n can you come with me?" I instantly turn my head towards them giving a surprised look to Sunghoon then y/n. Before y/n could ask he took her wrist and lifted her up pulling her towards the counter.

Jake: "why does Sunghoon suddenly seem so different" I said out in the open not really expecting a response. I glanced at them looking at the desserts displayed on the counter. Yeji looked as if she wasn't bothered or disturbed by it.

Yeji: "babe?" I smiled and sat up straighter like I just got out of a trance "you ok? You're staring" she chuckled

Jake: "it's nothing sorry" I held her hand and she held mine back. Letting go she continued typing on her computer but she looked weirdly disturbed. Past few days actually, she's been spacing out sometimes

Y/N's POV

Y/N: "you dragged me here just so you can buy a cinnamon roll? I'm going back" I turned on my heels and walked back. Stopping in my tracks I already knew why. I groaned turning to him as he smirked

Sunghoon: "I brought you with me cause we're halfing" that's it? I crossed my arm over my chest waiting for him to pay. The warm light of the cafe reflected on his face gently giving off a small glow that made him look so breathtaking. Tsk so annoying , how can someone look that good so effortlessly "let's go?"

We walked back to the table and he cut it in half. He cut a smaller part and stabbed it with a fork bringing it up near my face. Tf? Was he trying to feed me. I grabbed the fork out of his hands and ate it myself

Y/N: "I'm not your baby"

Sunghoon: " you'll be soon" we all looked at him shocked and confused. What did he say? "Uhh no guys! I- *chuckle* I just- I just said 'that ain't cool' meaning like that's not cool she grabbed the fork from me" he smiled nervously to Jake and I turned to Yeji who gave me a weirded out look too. Ok but we were like all sure he did not say that.

Yeji: "wait did we actually get work done?"

Y/N: "wow we actually did" I packed my stuff away ready to go home and just chill on my bed. I plugged in my earphones and played 8 letters by Why Don't We.

Sunghoon: "hey n/n let's study tomorrow?" He stopped and asked me before I was about to walk away

Y/N: "oh yeah sure your house?"

Sunghoon: "I was thinking the comic book store?" I slightly pulled my head back like someone was gonna fake slap me

Y/N: "the comic book store?" I scoffed a bit in amusement "yeah sure, I end class early so I can meet you there at 3:00?"

Sunghoon: "sounds good to me" I adjusted my backpack on my shoulder and walked outside with Jake. Bidding goodbye to the Parks we entered Jake's car and drove home. There was an awkward silence between us. I knew he wanted to ask something about Sunghoon and I wanted too but, we just didn't know what question to ask so we just stayed silent.

After a tiring day, I laid down on my bed with a groan.

Y/N: "finally!" I hugged my pillows and went under my blanket feeling the comfy sheets. I stretched and sighed deeply. Man I should relax more. I closed my eyes for a bit but then my phone buzzed making me pick it up to check what it was

Sunghoon's POV

Yah! Are you still up?

I bit the inside of my lip while staring at my phone waiting for the 3 dots to appear.

We continued messaging each other for almost an hour and a half. I can't even recall what we talked about, just the most random stuff. She was unbelievable and quite fun to tease. I think that was 80% of our convo tho *chuckle* I sighed charging my phone. I closed my eyes and leaned my head back sinking into my pillow. A few seconds later I picked up my phone and changed her name

'Sunghoon has changed y/n's name to n/n💗'

Was the heart too much? Well I need to make her flustered to get her to like me so I guess that's fine
