Jake's POV

They've been together for a week and honestly, I've never seen either of them this happy. I've known y/n for all my life but she was never this happy. It was a Friday today and we just finished saying bye to the Parks. Y/n dropped to the couch and brought out her phone right away. While making myself a sandwich my gaze would glance at her every few seconds. Curling up on the couch, she smiled widely while tapping her phone repeatedly

Jake: "you texting Sunghoon?" She looked up smiling like she was in a dream

Y/N: "oh yeah it's Sunghoon" she bit her bottom lip trying not to smile too much. She continued messaging him and I sighed

Jake: "y/n wait put that down I wanna ask something" You can tell she was about to question but seeing how I looked serious she followed me and kept her phone

Y/N: "is there something wrong?" She asked worriedly. I checked the clock making sure our parents wouldn't burst in. Honestly it's fine if they find out the Parks and Sim twins dating each other. Actually they encouraged it, it was 'better for the company and will build stronger relations if the four of you take over'.

Jake: "I'm just scared you're getting too attached to him. I know him y/n, do you know how easily he plays with other people's feelings?" She sighed probably knowing I'm right "I'm just worried, I was fine at first actually I was happy but seeing how happy he makes you- it got me worried. If he does hurt you do you know how much problems that'll cause? And I'm not a hypocrite, the risks are the same with Yeji and I but I'm actually serious with her. I actually want to marry her in the future" she looked up at me in slightly surprised

Y/N: "you do?" I nodded

Jake: "I can spend everyday with her through good or bad. Can you do the same with Sunghoon? And is he willing to do the same with you?"

Y/N: "Jake, you sound like we're actually getting married" I chuckled as she lightened the mood

Jake: "I'm just saying, we're done with school. You're technically ready to get married in a few years. I don't suggest playing around in relationships" she looked slightly offended with what I said

Y/N: "I'm not playing around with him Sim Jaeyun"

Jake: "I know you're not but I just want you to reassure me you're actually ready for anything?" She seemed puzzled. She stayed quiet for a moment avoiding eye contact with me. I waited for her response but it seemed like she wasn't gonna respond anytime soon so I stood up to leave but she grabbed my shirt

Y/N: "I'm sure"

Jake: "do you even know what happened in the-"

Y/N: "yes I found out"

Jake: "but aren't your worried he didn't even mention it to you?" She sighed and stood up

Y/N: "he's probably embarrassed or ashamed because of it I don't wanna push it. Let him tell it to me in his own time"

Jake: "but you do know he almost cost a huge scandal for the company" she ignored what I said and walked up the stairs closing her door. I laid back on the couch and pursed my lips. Well I already warned her, her choice if she wants to listen to me or not

Yeji's POV

Yeji: "Sunghoon let's talk" He turned around mockingly and gave me a lazy look

Sunghoon: "here we go again. Go just tell me how what I'm doing is wrong. How I shouldn't be playing with y/n's feelings" I hate that tone. It's that tone that tells you to stay out of his business and sometimes makes you feel even dumb. Wait— that's just called manipulation.

Sunghoon's POV

Yeji: "can you stop taking this so lightly? You know I'm just worried for you! You didn't think this through properly!" I gave her a confused and dumb look. Of course I did

Sunghoon: "I planned this out perfectly there's no problem that should occur" She laughed while scoffing. She held the bridge of her nose and gave me a disappointed look while smiling and shaking her head

Yeji: "oh really Benjamin? So tell me, what happens if the public finds out? They're gonna know you two are dating. Tell me also, what happens if you do catch feelings for her and decide to abandon your plan. How do you think she'll react if she finds out it all started because of your greediness. That'll affect the company! What happened in the States almost cost the whole company to lose 3/4's of its profits. Imagine all that happens, what do you plan to do then" I breathed a deep breath and stared at her. Did I not really think this through? I thought I did? What will happen if all those things she mentioned occurs. She closed her eyes and sighed

Yeji: "look I'm just worried, y/n is a great person and I don't know if you'll be able to hold back your feelings the more you spend time with her. Now that you guys are established as boyfriend and girlfriend, that title actually gets into your head and makes you like them more since you guys are 'exclusive' only to each other" she's right, I have been feeling closer to y/n. But I thought it's just cause we've been communicating more now
