The shattered King part 1

Everyone I'm back updating my Trollhunter story and I know I would say I would take a week off but I got bored and decided what the heck is that anyway the break worked I'm motivated and I've got some new ideas about my story. Also a friend of mine (who wants to stay anonymous) giving me an idea About what Jim's new weapon should be and I have to say their idea was brilliant at least in my opinion however I won't reveal the new weapon until the second part of the shattered King. But I have a feeling you're gonna love it.

Jim point of view

Mary reject Toby invitation to go out with him to the school dance, toby's been asking every girl out to try to find out which one is the mascot and of course none of them actually said yes but not all of them said no. I heard some of them say "as if" a couple of "I'm not in 1 million years" is that one of them even garage toby said he took that as a not interested

I don't understand why Toby doesn't just ask the mascot who they are I mean she might not even be a girl or even I can't tell because I'm ascot barely says anything and because of the suit it's hard to pick up on the size and body figure from vibrations.

Krel standing next to me puzzled by Toby's behaviour: Jim why is your friend asking every female to this dance thing is it a requirement to attend

I tried to explain it: well it isn't really Krel but the majority of people do try to ask out for a date, it's mainly so you have someone to dance with not to mention some guys think they can get "lucky" at this sort of things

Krel: interesting what does the phrase get lucky mean is it good luck to have a girl around you?

Dammit probably should've explained that better: no it's just how to describe this without making it sound weird, essentially some guys want to have what's known as a one night stand sort of thing and that is not bad but I wouldn't recommend you try something like that

Krel sounded like he understood a bit better: should I ask someone out you know just keep inconspicuous?

Actually that's not a bad idea I mean it's in the way of I think Krel Could use more social skills going out on a date for going to with someone to a dance might be good for him, there's just one small problem: Krel I think that's a good idea the only problem is the only girl that's left or who doesn't have a boyfriend is Mary and let's just say she's already got her eyes on someone

Krel: really who?

Me well technically the demon of Arcadia, Claire told me that Mary somehow managed to come up with a theory that is the demon was someone in a high school how she got this was she judged me by my height when I'm in my armour and the way I speak and the times I appear to so she came up with the fact that I'm in high school which she had down the money. She then came up with a list of all likely candidates that I could be Claire managed to get a quick look at the list and she told me that I was nowhere near on it can't say I'm surprised Mary hasn't seen my athletic ability nor does anyone actually believe it exists

I answer my Extraterestrial friend: it doesn't matter I mean you can try if you want to but I wouldn't get your hopes up but like I said it doesn't matter if you don't get a date you can just hang out with your friends at the dance

Krel Agreed and promised to at least try, Have to admit I'm a little proud of him he's kind of grown accustomed to Earth despite him still calling it a dumb hep. Toby comes over to us distraught that
He got rejected again

Toby bumped his head against the locker: well that's it I've asked out every girl nothing has yes. But that just means none of them were my mascot

Oh my God this is getting ridiculous: Toby why don't you do what a normal person with you and just ask someone who the mascot is it's not impossible and you don't have to say you want to know because you're romantically interested in the mascot you could just say that you're curious
