my phone starts to ring, i turn it over and see it's phil. i answer it and it connects to loud speaker from the car.
"hey." i say
"tell me when you're outside gorgeous." a familiar voice says
"why?" i ask
"i wanna see you." he says
"no, not until the wedding." i say
"i can't wait that long, i need to see you." phil says
"and?" i ask knowing there was more
"and to kiss you." he says
"there we are." i say, "well tough luck foden, pull yourself together. you can do it." i say ending the call
i quickly call jack before leaving the service station, as he answers all i can hear is screaming children.
"hey y/n." he says
"are they being a pain?" i ask
"you think?" jack says leaving a gap for me to hear them again
"so sorry, so you're in the car?" i ask
"yeah." he says
"put me on loud speaker so they can hear me." i say
"alright." jack replies, "you're on. bentley it's mummy."
"mama." i hear a quiet voice say
