Chapter 3: Rain

(Y/n)'s P.O.V

"Nee-san wear these" Hinata says as she gave me a yukata, I stared at it for a while "Come on try it on!" She says as she pushed me to the room. I sighed as I wore it, It was the same design as hers she wanted us to have the same pattern

When I was done I went out of the room "You look great (Y/n)-chan!!" She praised as she gave me a thumbs up.

Fast forward we went to the festival. And I met a girl named Emma and a boy named Draken "You never told me you had a sister" Emma says then Hina-chan giggled 

"Hi I'm (Y/n) Tachibana, Hina-chan's older sister" I introduced "It's nice to meet you" They smiled 

"Isn't she pretty?" I could hear Hina-chan whispering I just sighed as I looked around.

They started walking with their date, as I just followed behind them, I wish Hanma-kun was here what could he be doing today?

"Are you okay?" Hina-chan asked as I nodded my head "Hina-chan don't worry about me" I said  assuring her, she smiled then she turned to Takemichi. 

I turned to my phone as I stare at Hanma-kun's name, we had a fight last night so I'm sure he'll be mad if he knows I'm here, I just sighed at the thought. I looked at Takemichi and Hina-chan who were talking to each other they looked so sweet and it's making me jealous

I wish Hanma-kun was like Takemichi, I sighed as I averted my gaze, looking down the ground.

"Hina-chan" I called making her turn to me "I have to go home I'm not feeling so well" I lied then she furrowed her eyebrows looking at me with worry "Do you want me to go with you?" She asked then I shook my head 

"I'll be fine alone, Just spend your time with your boyfriend" I said as I turned my heels. As I was walking on the streets I could something wet dripping on me I look up and it turns out it was just raining. I didn't run and I didn't look for shelter either I just walked on the streets getting wet by the rain until I arrived in front of our building.

Should I go inside? I turned to the side as I saw a swing then I sat down as I closed my eyes feeling the cold liquid dripping on my face.

What could Hanma-kun be doing today? my thoughts we're filled with question as I opened my eyes

I took off my hair tie letting my (h/l) (h/c) fall to my back as I sighed. I'm getting a bad feeling and everything felt uneasy. I wonder what could this feeling in my chest be. I clutched my chest as I took a deep breath

It kept on raining and raining I think I've been here for hours already, I stood up about to walk towards the building when "What are you doing outside it's raining" I turned to see Hanma soaking wet and I could see a bit of bruises

"What happened to you?" I ran towards him as I cupped his face "What happened to your face?" I worriedly asked as I gazed at his face

"I'm fine, I'm asking you what are you doing under the rain?" He asked "Well I could ask you the same thing?" I retorted 

"Did you get into a fight again?" I asked 

"So what?"

"I thought you were going to the festival?" He asked then I looked down "It was boring" I answered then he laugh "How dull~~ you just missed me!" I raised a brow as I stare at him "Why would I miss you exactly?" I asked making him grin more "Because you love me?" he says leaning close to my face. 

"I don't" I said pushing his face away then I snickered a bit "Oooh she smiled isn't this a first time?" He says as he cupped my face pinching my cheeks "Stop it" I said as he laugh

"You should head inside idiot you'll get a cold" He said then I averted my gaze "If you let me treat your wounds that is" I said "Fine" He rolled his eyes as he lets go of my face. 

"Let's go" I said as I pulled him, holding his hand as we went inside the building Mom and Naoto weren't here so it's fine

I unlocked the door as we went inside "(Y/n)-chan aren't you scared that maybe I'd do something to you?" He said in a teasing tone "I'd kick your ass" I nonchalantly answered as we went inside my room. 

"I have some oversized T-shirt here and Here's a pajama for you" I  said tossing it to him. "go and change" I said motioning him to go the bathroom.

a few minutes later fast forwards, when we were done changing our clothes I treated his bruises and I saw a little cut on his knuckles 

"You should stop joining gang fights you know?" I said "And why would I listen to you?" He raised a brow "Whatever" I rolled my eyes as he giggled "How dull~"

"There it's all done" I said as I sighed "Thanks!" He said as he looked at me "Earlier you smiled can you smile again?" He said as he gazed at me as if expecting me to do a magic "I didn't smile" I replied as I averted my gaze "Please?" He begged as I sighed giving up, I lifted the corners of my lips as I smiled 

"Ugly" He clicked his tongue as he pinched my cheeks "Don't smile at the other people or they'll be blinded by your ugly smiled" He said as I slapped his hands away "Then why did you make me smile?" I nonchalantly said as I rolled my eyes 

"I have to go I guess" He said as he stood up, "I'll take you outside" I said as he smiled. We walked towards the door as I opened it he went out as he turned to me "See you tomorrow I'll just walk from here" He said as he smiled "Bye~" He says as he waved his hand
