Some of the workers thought that since Lu was gone they could slack but I stopped that shit right real fast.

"You either straighten up your shit or hit the road and find another place to make pornos" I warned

Ima glared at her.

"If you have a problem Ima with me running this place since I co-own it then I'm sure I can sell your contract to them grimmy fuckers who have their girls do some really raunchy shit" I tell her

She's quick to shut up.

"Now that goes for the rest of you. So straight you act up and stop fucking around, this is a business and I'll not have you all ruining it when Lu worked her ass off to have things come this far."

After I said that I walked into my office where everyone that were gonna attend the reading was present.

"Glad to have you all here to share lunch with" I greeted as I walked around what used to be Lu's desk and took a seat.

"It's gonna be some getting used to with you sitting there. But with the warning you just gave, we know you'll do great" Jax says

My sister walked in and greeted everyone before taking a seat next to Op.

"I honestly hope so. I mean who knows what's in that will and if Lu left this palace to me to run." I replied

Nothing was said as we all sat there eating our lunch.

After we cleaned up and got situated Lu's attorney showed up.

"Hello" I greet as I stand up and shake his hand.

"Hello. Mrs.Lowman" he replied

I gestured for him to sit to my left since Happy was to my right.

"Well I had spoken and went over everything with Mr. Delaney and he assured me that his wife already talked with him about everything in this will so there is no mistake or confusion" he starts

"Alright," Gemma says

"Right," Mr. Everlet says as he places his briefcase down on the table, pops it open, and grabs the piece of paper before closing his briefcase.

" If there is to be any confusion or anything just ask and I'll do my best to explain it how she explained it to me," he says

Nothing else was said so he went on with the reading.

"This is the will of Mrs.Luann Delaney. I, Luann Delaney's mind, body, and soul had this will written. So that the people I loved the most would have a piece of me in some form. And that they could hopefully live in peace as well as I can rest in peace knowing they are happy. Regardless of my passing, I know I will be happy since my friends and family will be taken care of. I have put away two trust funds for little Lowman whose' yet to make their presents or what they are known and Piper. I also leave all my jewelry and clothes to my greatest friend Gemma. My money is for my husband to deal with which he has and it's in his will what is to happen with our money." Mr. Everlet says
