Shout out to WolvesAndBooksBudAndAlley(Abby) who wrote this chapter and last chapter, she has been a big help while I am revising and reposting Liams Girlfriend. She is doing an excellent job!

HEATHER'S POV

I heard Kylie let out a squeal and I turned to her with a weird look on my face.

"What was that squeal for?" I asked with concern on my face. She grinned and replied, "Heather don't you see? We made it!" She exclaimed. "We went to an R-rated movie and came out unharmed and undetected even though your brother and his girlfriend were sitting 5 seats away!" She said excitedly.

"Let's actually get home first, before we celebrate! Then we can squeal." I said, cautioning kylie. "Let's not jinx it."

"Okay, okay." She responded. "I'll text you if I make it to my room without my brother being suspicious and I don't get busted," she said laughing. " You do the same when you get past Jason."

I nodded in response, silently praying we wouldn't get caught. We got to Kylie's house first and Brandon opened the door, he looked at us in shock.

"Where were you two?" He demanded with a stern look, looking from Kylie then at me.

I could see Kylie was starting to panic, we couldn't have that happen, because that is a dead giveaway and she will not be able to look him in the eye and she will stumble over her words while trying to reply to her brother, and he will know she is lying. So I answered for her instead.

"We were just getting a breath of fresh air. You know after studying, we need a break and some fresh air. Unless getting fresh air is now off-limits too?" I asked sarcastically.

He glared at me "Watch it, Heather," he growled. "And Kylie can speak for herself, can't you kylie?" He asked. Oh, crap he wanted her to answer, I looked over at her to see if she was about ready to panic, thank goodness she wasn't panicking and she shrugged her shoulders, looking her brother in the eyes.

"What she said was true, Brandon. We just needed a break."

Brandon eyed both of us with suspicion for a minute before he nodded his head.

"Alright, alright," he said. "I believe you this time. Heather your backpack is on the counter. I gather you two are done studying for the evening. You know you are welcome to stay for dinner."

I realized that I had been holding my breath that whole time, I was so sure we were going to get caught.

"Thanks for the offer," I said getting my backpack and putting it on my back, "But I should be getting home," I said as I made my way to their front door.

Kylie walked with me to the door and we both silently looked at each other, because of the type of friendship that we have, we didn't have to say anything. Our looks spoke it.

Kylie: Good luck at home

Heather: I'll let you know if anything happens

"Kylie, dinner time." We heard Brandon yell from the other room.

We said goodbye and I left her house.

JASONS POV

I glanced at the clock realizing what time it was it is almost dinner time, Heather should be home by now. The movie that I had taken Kelly to had run late, and there was some girl about 5 seats down from where we were sitting that kept making shrieking noises when there were scary scenes. If people don't like horror movies they shouldn't go to the theatre and watch it. It interrupts everyone else who is wanting to actually enjoy the movie. I dial Kylie's house and Brandon answered, he reassured me that she was on her way home.
