We have managed to remove the bullet... the doctor started, but I can't tell if he's fine or not right now.

    Hearing what the doctor said, Tasha took two steps behind almost falling to the floor like all her hopes have crushed down... Fortunately Ben was right behind.

Hence we have put him on a 24hr observation, if he doesn't wakeup after that then there's nothing we can. The doctor finished.

Doctor can we see him? I asked
Yes... you can see him. The doctor replied then left.

Everyone went inside the room except me, Dave noticing he came back
Aren't you going to see him? He asked me as he stood beside me
  No maybe later. I responded facing the door to the room
Maybe? Why maybe? He asked.
   Yes maybe... I rather give the family some space.
   Really... Is that the reason?
Yes, why do you ask? I questioned him
  Your eyes say another thing which I have been noticing from the time we left that place.
   Ohh really? I said uncomfortably
You don't need to put the blame on yourself Isa, Daniel made the choice willingly, he came there willingly and took that bullet for you willingly... So don't blame yourself, yes you made the mistake of going there alone in the first place but it was out of curiosity and if I were in your place I would have done the something for my parents. So don't feel guilty.
  
  But he shouldn't have taken it for me, that room he's in right now was meant for me and he should have let be that way, I should have been the one fighting for my life in there not him... Deserves to be on his feet right now not this

   He did it what of love.. Dave spoke with his eyes fixed on the door.

Yes Isabel.. Believe it or not Daniel did that because he loves you and if I were in his place I would have done the same for Natalie. He said now looking at me .

   Realizing that I left my car back at the warehouse with my purse in it.., I turned back and found Dave smiling
    You need help going home? He asked trying hard not to laugh.
   I just nodded and looked away
He laughed then said,okay let me tell Natalie so she won't worry.

   Arriving home I went straight to my room after refreshing up, I wore some comfortable clothes... No makeup then went out
  Ms Andrews your food is ready.. Anna told me just as I was about to walk out of the house

No.. I just thought you needed.... before she could finish I cut her,
     You thought... Next time ask before you think rather than wasting food by cooking when am not hungry. I lashed out on her
     Coming outside, I bumped into Dave....
    Heyy.. Chill, calm down okay? He said raising his hands up
    Sorry, didn't see you... I apologised.
No problem but don't say sorry to me instead say it to Anna because she has nothing to do with your feelings right now besides she was just doing her job.

   No this is when am going, I also need to take a shower and change.
   Ohhh... I see, I replied. Shall we? He said gesturing to his car.
Sure. I said and walked to his car then we drove back to the hospital.

No...it the same, he is still unconscious and you know what the doctor said... 24hrs only. She replied with tears almost coming

  Natty I think you, uncle and aunt should go home... So you can at least freshen up and change, Isa and I will be here to look after Daniel. Dave suggested.
      Yes Natalie, Dave is right... Auntie looks tired, from the airport they came directly here... I also think they need to eat and rest a bit. I added
