I turned off the light and later down next to her. She was facing me and I got closer to her she layed her head on my chest. I looked down at her to see a cute little smile on her face.

2 months later
I was sleeping over at Sara house and everything has gotten great. I told my dad about Sara he was happy for me and proud. Sara parents I think they don't like me but at least there barely here to judge anyways. Laurel is the best. Me and her are super close.

And my friends well they became my family I knew everyone and last week we did this big sleepover at saras and it was fun everyone had there own room to share with someone else, even Oliver came. I'm so happy that this life is working out for me.

I wake up to Sara not in the room so I went to the bathroom and brush my teeth and went downstairs I saw laurel "hey laurel have you seen Sara?"

"Um yeah she was out she said she was hanging out with someone" "huh weird okay well what are you doing today?" I asked

"Well let's see" she goings on her phone to look at her calendar. She's so organized not like Sara at all. "Welp I'm free today I have nothing to do are you busy?" She asked me

"Nope I'm free wait" I look down at my phone did I forget to say I had a job to? Well I have a job at Starbucks. "I have work how can I forget work!" I saw as I ran back upstairs

"It's fine!! Maybe after work we can hangout!" Laurel yells "Yeah sure!!" I say back

I get to the room and run to the bathroom and shower as fast as I can. I change into my work outfit and run downstairs "bye laurel" I hug her "bye aves see you later" she saids to me

Damn we have gotten every close. she's like my older sister that I never had in life.

I ran to the car and drive off. I walk in "hi Gary" I walk in the counter "hi sharpe" Gary was in the same school I am but he was in a different friend group and I think he was sacred to ask to join us.

"Well I'm going on my break unless you want me to take your shift for you.." Gary saids "no thank you but I will take it from here Gary" "alright but if you need me I will be in the back" "okay thank you Gary"

Customers came by and got there Coffee but there was this one black haired girl that was flirty "hi welcome to jitters how may I help you" I say

"You can help me by giving me your number but In all seriousness I would like a light coffee please" I chuckle "that was slick" I say "thanks I'm jade" "Ava" we shake hands "I will be right back with your coffee jade"

I poured the coffee into a cup with some milk "here you go" I smiled "thank you Ava oh and here's my number call me" she smirked and walked away

I was blushing "damn" I look down at the pace of paper. Should I tell Sara about this? I mean it's not big deal right?

two hours later

I was driving home from martial art class I was feeling a little guilty leaving So early to meet nyssa and not telling Ava about her. So I decided to call her

"Hi babe" I say "hi love where are you?" I hear my Beautiful girlfriends voice

"Driving home unless you want me to pick you up where ever you are" "I'm at work babe and yes pick me up my shift is about to end and I'm tired already"

"Okay I'm on my way" I say "okie thank you love bye love u" "I love you too bye"

I drove to jitters and I saw my girlfriend waiting for me at the door. She saw me and ran to the car she opened the door "hi baby" I went in and kissed her "hi" she smiled

"Babe where we're you this morning" she asked as I was backing up from the parking lot "um I was at a friends house" "that early?" "Yep" "Sara" she gave me that are you serious face

"I was! Then I was at martial arts" "okay okay I believe you" she saids

The rest of the ride was silent "look Ava I'm sorry let me make it up to you babe" "make it up with what?" "Shopping?"I asked "fine"

We were at the mall and we were about to go in  "ava?!" A women walked up to us "mom?" Ava looked shocked "what the hell are you doing here?"

"I just got in town and I wanted to surprise you with something" "what? Just save it this is not real your fake I-" "ava I'm right here and who is this?" She looked at me with confusion

"This is my girlfriend Sara" "you mean like Sara lance?" "Yeah." "Oh you got to be kidding me" "excuse me?!" Ava saids with anger "I'm sorry do you girls wanna have lunch" she looked at me

Ava didn't answer "uh sure" Ava slapped my back when her mother looked away. We walked inside to find the food court.

"I will go get the food it's my treat" I say as I walked away "okay babe"

When Sara walked away to go get food I was stuck here with my so called mom "so I never knew you were gay" "I never told you because I knew you were a homophobe and would never except me" I say rudely looking in her eyes

I'm not sacred of her anymore.

"At least I'm not the one who's using there girlfriend for money" she saids "I'm not. I love Sara and nothing can change that not even money."

She was going to say something but sara came back with the food. The whole time my mother was asking weird ass questions.

"What are your intentions of my daughter?" "Why are you asking questions when your the one who left her" Sara questioned her I stand up "I will be right back"

I wait until Ava leaves "listen sara my daughter doesn't need your money" "I'm not giving her my money I'm just in a relationship with her" "yeah a toxic one" "what did you just say?"

"Your in a toxic relationship she deserves better then you with your toxic ass. I don't know what the hell she sees in girls, I should've beat her ass before she left."

"your lucky your her mom or I would've slice your throat right now. we are leaving now and I swear if you ever talk to her or me in disrespect I will find you and I will kill you" I say as I grab avas purse and leave. I text Ava to meet me outside

"Sorry we had to cut the shopping trip short" I say and we get in the car "no worries she's the one who ruined it"
