"I don't think you will find someone who nursed him within the last week. He is starved," Dream stated.

"He hasn't destroyed in the last month do you think that could be why?" Outer asked. Classic looked at him.

"We don't even know if anyone took care of him," Classic stated. Dream just brought him closer until Medic and Sci barged in and snatched him from Dream. They ran and The three skeletons followed. Medic placed the kid on a board they rolled in an incubator. It was sealed shut and Error was being stabilized.

"What is going on Dream asked.

"I found that he was only ever fed the bare minimum to keep him alive which would require a constant flow even from long distances. He is near starved dead," Sci said.

"But who can-" Dream was cut off.

"This is not a who but a what. No monster can nurse their kids from more than two meters. Three for boss monsters," Medic said. He placed a traceless magic supplement in the feeder of the incubator. It would be able to cling to the other magic and multiply it. They quickly got a reading and were shocked.

"It's a deity," Sci gasped.

"Are you sure?" Classic asked. Sci nodded. Classic left on the spot and they knew where he went.

"I'm going to call a meeting and share what we have found maybe not the part a deity did this to him but everything else," Dream said. He did just that and told them that Error was a kid and also that they suspected that his guardian was forcing him to destroy. He told them about the starvation.

"How can we be sure someone is even taking care of him?" Blue asked.

"He would be a pile of dust if no one did," Dream said he could feel the guilt and disgust from the other sanses. Some felt disgusted by themself. Others felt disgusted with the news.

"Do we know who?" Dance asked.

"No," Dream said. He looked down until a loud crash was heard The council ran to where the crash was heard. They stopped dead in their tracks when they saw a gaster hold Error lovingly. Classic stood at the wall. Sci and Medic were both laying by the wall injured. The Gaster had Black bones and multicolored fingers but his head was pure black. He turned to the masses before escaping with his son. The countcil started a search for The two skeletons. The Gaster gently held his son as he sat in the Antivoid. He can't believe that his son has grown so much since he last saw him nor can he believe how many scars his kid has. The gaster fed his kid. He could feel how starved the other was and it broke him. When he has nursed his son back to health will he return to those skeletons and kill every single one of them for what they have done to his kid. Error whimpered almost silently fearing the comfort his father gave him. Gaster looked down and held the other closer wanting to make the other feel as loved as possible, but he noticed something. He could feel the mangled bones through the fabric. He lifted his son's shirt fearing the worst, but he couldn't help but cry. It looked so bad. He was so hurt his bones were so mangled his son was so broken and he didn't even know what kind of emotional damage he has been subjected to. Gaster swore if he ever saw any of the skeletons who hurt him then he would make their death as slow and painful as he possibly could. A scroll appeared in front of him. He took it and noticed Karma's mark on the paper. It explained who hurt his son why he was hurt and also the Au's and multiverse. Gaster held the kid closer as he read. He had died if what the scroll said was true. He had died and got revived just to protect his son. IT hit him like a brick that he had died and that what his son has been through was so bad that a deity revived him. He only cried harder once he realized. He didn't know it but The council had also gotten a scroll from Karma explaining who the gaster was and why he was alive and he also demanded that they give him a sacrifice for what they have done. He also said who. Fate would have to cry for what she has done. So it was only fair that her kid should die when she forced her sister's kid to suffer. Gaster gently caressed his son hoping to make the other calm down and stop shaking. It only did the opposite. Gaster wept for his son. His poor boy. He knew he had to find another place to live than this white void. He saw a few lines being added to the scroll and noticed it told him where there was a safe place for them and how to get there. Gaster went there finding an abandoned house where he could live with his son. Going in he found it had three bedrooms and a basement. He placed his son on a bed and left him there to rest. Inspecting the house he found that it was only a few years or so since it was abandoned and everything worked as it should. outside there were a chicken coop and a play area for rabbits. together with an overgrown vegetable garden. He went to see what kind of food there was around other than the garden and decided that most things were safe to eat. He found two rabbits he brought home not for food. Not yet at least. He placed them in the rabbit area and found a small pack of chickens that had run of. He brought them back and found a hole in the fence around the chicken coo. Fixing and placing the chickens in there was the last thing he did for now. He needed to feed his son again. He walked to his son and started nursing the smaller. Thoughts rushed through his head. But the most disturbing one was what did people do to his kid when he was injured and vulnerable. Error stirred in his sleep before slowly opening his eyes he shot up and jumped away from his father terrified. Gaster looked at his son who was scanning the room before looking at his father observing his every move. Gaster took a step closer only for a wall of Blue bones shooting from the ground protecting his son. It wasn't healthy for a kid to use this much magic. Gaster looked his son in the eyes and saw that Karma had marked one of Error's eyes.

"Sans, don't you remember me?" Gaster asked his son. Error observed his dad unsure of this being a trick or his dad.

"How can I know that it isn't just a trick?" Error asked. Gaster's soul broke for his son.

"Because I remember you from before you had the tearmarks and scars. That and I died when you were three you witnessed it but Karma revived me to take care of you," Gaster said kneeling to meet his son's eye-level.

"Prove it," Error said. Gaster noticed a dusty mirror and made Error see his own eyes. Error was shocked but he knew Karma would eighter let no one hurt him from now on or let everyone torture him for the rest of his existence. He decided to trust whatever the deity. Gaster walked up to his son and hugged him. Error wasn't sure, but when his father started to feed him did he know which one of the two categories he fell under. Error started to cry he bawled his eyes out crying while his father comforted him and fed his starved body. Error cried and clung to the other. He soon fell asleep again his father hugging his body and making sure he was safe. Gaster was startled once he heard a soft knock and a gentle voice calling out.

"Is anyone there?" Gaster raised his defense tenfold while hugging his son. He hid Error before going to meet the potential threat. He was meet with A soft face and gentle aura that could only belong to a healer. He saw Life and somehow knew who she was. Life also looked at him and knew he was a gaster but not from her AU.

"Sorry to ask but what are you doing here?" She asked.

"I don't have an AU," He simply said. It was enough for her to understand the important parts of his situation.

"You are a healer aren't you?" Gaster asked he knew it was risky but his son needed medical help he couldn't provide.

"Not officially but I can work with healing magic," Life said not wanting to tell too much.

"My son needs help," Gaster said his voice showed distress. Life nodded and Gaster leads her to his son. She looked at the kid and noticed the mangled and twisted bones. A gasp was heard as she saw the kid but hurried as soon as she realized how bad it was. He took off the boy's shirt and healed him although she had to break some of the bones didn't it mean it hurt Error. Gaster only supervised life as she healed her son.

"Who and why?" She asked pissed. Gaster knelled by his son.

"A deity I don't know why but I do know that Karma will protect my son," Gaster said and opened Error's left eye. Life looked at the other with sorrow in her eyes.

"My name is life and this is reapertale. I promise you. I will help you protect your son," life said. Gaster was thankful life stopped after an hour and smiled at the pair.

"I'll leave for a few hours as I have to warn others in this AU to not hurt your son," Life announced and left. now they were alone. The father decided to see what he could do about the house and what would be needed for him to make their lives easier. It was the day after. Error woke with his father by his side. Gaster smiled softly at his son and helped him in some other clothing. Life came by with a basket filled with food. She smiled warmly at Error who hid behind his dad not knowing if she would hurt him. She knelled to Error's eye level.

"Greetings young one what is your name?" She asked. Error only looked up at his father who sighed.

"Doesn't have a name that isn't sans," Gaster answered.

"Rune," Gaster said. Error's eyes grew big with that child-like curiosity and happiness.

"Well, hello Rune," Life spoke. Error smiled it wasn't small. Life got up and placed the food on the table. Gaster helped his son with the food as he had clearly never seen most of the items before and was wary of what they could do. Gaster had only reassured his son while eating what his son ate and nursed the other at the same time. Gaster cleaned up while keeping an eye on life. He didn't know if he could trust her but decided that for now, she was safe. Gaster introduced the two rabbits to Error. The child not knowing what they could do but as they smelled him and jumped around him couldn't he help himself but to touch them. No voices were saying that he couldn't no fate preventing him from enjoying life and a Karma making his personality more and more child-like. This was perfect.
